The food is amazing! I always get the gnocchi but i've tried other dishes including the seafood pasta and pizzas and everything is so tasty and cooked perfectly! I love the service style, they have a bar, a gelato station, and even sell authentic italian ingredients to take home!

Every single thing we ordered for a group of 11 was absolutely delicious! This place is hopping so you need to go off hours or be ready to wait, however we thought it was worth the wait. Parking in this area is not great.

I love the food and the staff. As a Colorado native, I love that they don't take reservations. Denver was always such a friendly and kind place. Now, places are judged because they don't take reservations? It keeps the costs low and people can stop by any time they want to grab a great meal without it being "sold out."

Parisi Trattoria and Parisi Sotto have by far the best and most authentic Italian cuisine in Denver metro! The atmosphere and staff make it memorable for me and my family who have been raving fans of Parisi for 20 years.I lived in Firenze and know how the Italians cook and serve their meals —from wood fired pizza oven to main courses. Whenever out of town family or friends are visiting, we go to Parisi and I have yet to hear a negative comment. We had a birthday celebration in Parisi Sotto this year for 20+ people and it was perfect! Going to Parisi tomorrow for my birthday.Grazie Christine Parisi and your wonderful team!

By far the best Italian food for the quality, price and service in Denver. I don't normally leave reviews but when I saw Parisi was only rated 4 stars, I had to post this. Their food is outstanding. Only in Italy have I tasted better basic Italian. The service is incredibly fast and the value is outstanding. Most dishes are so large you can take half home. While there is usually a line and no reservations, there is a line for a reason and once you're seated food usually arrives in a few minutes. Highly recommended!

I really like restaurants like this one. When you enter, head to the back, palace your order, and then seat yourself in the large dining room. Bread service, food, and drinks are all brought to your table. Prices are totally reasonable for the high quality Italian food, service is friendly & professional, and there is a positive atmosphere (the restaurant is great for customers of all ages). There is also a small market with food and pantry items to bring home. I recommend Parisi 100% - you should eat here!
The food and service is consistently on point. Never a disappointment. One of those places you look forward to going back to as you walk out the door. Yup.

Food is good , but service is very poor. We go there often for dinner and lunch. The last two time for lunch they deliver the food and then forget you. I had to get refills of water twice myself and then get boxes for leftovers. Price for food is the same for lunch and dinner but no service at lunch. I would recommend Hops and Pie for better service and GREAT food

First of all, I hope you get Federica as your bartender. She is amazingly efficient and full of personality. Natasha was phasing out, but she was great also. Second of all, while you are going through all of the pasta options, order the cantaloupe and proscuitto to chill out for a bit. Perfect combination of sweet and salty. Third of all, enjoy the badass bread that comes along with any meal. Should I talk about the entrees now? Yes? Cool. If this is your first time there, don't ask questions. Just get the carbonara. Best in town. Next, probably just get the carbonara again. Trust me. Wife and I split it all the time. Ok. On your third time? Here is what you do. Flip coins between the gnocchi pesto, gnocchi gorgonzola, the lasagna, and the...shoot. I haven't had everything, but everything is good. The New Yorkese sandwich is amazing. I love pizza, and I haven't even had their pizza because I haven't gotten past the pasta. I assume it is amazing. Plus, I love cleverness. They are the first place who put this together on their sign. NOPEN. If closed, it is NOPE. If open, it is OPEN. Brilliant. Definitely recommend and see you there...if there are bar seats.
