Outstanding Server. Overpriced drinks and food. One order came out cold like it just came out of the refrigerator and they forgot to warm it up. Condescending (understatement) Manager. Be warned that this place does not accept cash, which is illegal but somehow they get away with it through some loophole. Save your money and frustration and instead walk across the street to their rooftop bar.

The service and drinks were really good. I didn’t spend so much time here, but it had a spectacular view of the city.

The drinks are delicious, I loved the cherry chocolate cocktail, it was absolutely perfect for the end of the night. They did release a rotten egg smell to clear the bar which is fair but somewhat unorthodox. Will be back.

Fantastic view and excellent waitstaff! I got the shrimp tempura roll and the rice was a mess — clearly not rinsed or salted before cooked. The pear tart was claggy, but the yuzu curd was divine.

Food was served cold, and the waitress rushed us out after two drinks. Great views! Too bad the service and food don't match the views.
Great wine selection, and the service was top-notch. I have stayed at the Hyatt several times and did not know this place even existed. ?I will definitely be back as a change of pace bar/restaurant with great views!

We were visiting Denver and we thought we would try out this bar on the 27th floor of the Hyatt hotel on 15th St., because it has huge glass windows with a panoramic view of the city and the mountains. Obviously the prices are a little bit high but not too bad because you’re paying for the view but we got a couple drinks and our server, Nichole, was amazing! She was so helpful with the drinks and explaining which ones were dry or sweeter (my husband doesn’t like sweet drinks). We also ordered the pork bao buns and they were super delicious. We will definitely be back on future vacations!
