As a self proclaimed native of South Federal Blvd. having tasted all the various pho spots feds has to offer. PKR is serving some deeeeeelicous pho king phở. Chef/owner Long told me how he simmers bone broth for 48 hours as the base of his pho broth. The other menu items are super good as well. But I can eat pho everyday ??

This menu has so many interesting things on it. I could have eaten my whole meal here, but I wanted to try multiple places.I ended up getting the Pho Banh Mi. The sandwich was delicious. My only criticism is that I wish it had a crispy baguette like I'd expect for a Banh Mi. It was still delicious on the soft bread though.I'll happily come back to try the rest of the menu.

I had the jackfruit bahn mi, which I was a bit skeptical to get but it was AMAZING! It’s definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely be getting another one before my flight back home!Update- I did get one to go before my flight home and it did not disappoint! Absolutely delicious!
Tomato noodle with shrimp is the move.Chicken and rice is the ol classic that is usually my favorite to take home after we order dinner. This way we have chicken and rice for breakfast or lunch the next morning.The pho banh mi is always delicious and I always get a Vietnamese coffee when I’m there. If you can find places to buy their chili crisp, do it! It’s great on my eggs in the mornings or rice at night.Love that these guys are here.

This missed the mark. The garlic noodle was decent and simple. It tasted better than the $19 pho banh mi that lacked flavor. It was thinly sliced unseasoned meat with vegetables and hoisin sauce on a French bread. Would have been better if the meat was in pho broth or have a pho broth for dipping then call it a pho banh mi.

I just ate the best noodles I have had in a long time. It was pure love and passion in every bite. Get the garlic noodles with chili crisp and crispy chicken. It transported me to a haven only food like this can do.
