This is my 3rd time ordering from the 15470 Andrew location and every time they forget something. Twice it has been the hot wings and this time they forgot a whole pizza to my order. We have a big family and now there is not enough for everyone and nobody is answering the phone. My husband loves the pizza so he keeps ordering from here but it’s disappointing that we tip 20% every time and they can’t take the time to make sure that they have the entire together before leaving the store.

LOL so I place an order on 12/6…THEY cancelled it and didn’t give me a refund. I’ve tried to call them several time, I’ve tried to call corporate several times. Nothing has been done. Talk about some lying no good business. Also. I placed the order on the Pizza Hut app but yet doordash is picking it up and THEY were the first to tell me it was canceled. Not even Pizza Hut!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would leave a zero review if I could. So, I'm stuck with leaving a review of one. Horrible, horrible, horrible horrible, horrible pizza. Nothing like the picture on the website. Dried up crust and way too much cheese and I like cheese. I've eaten at many Pizza Hut's throughout the years and this has got to be the worst one. workers were stressed. Not very good customer service.

Horrible customer service no one calls you back and when someone does answer they keep transferring you to voicemail. If I visit again I’ll never order from Pizza Hut in Denver, they sent me the wrong order then I couldn’t get through anymore now I have food I can’t even eat…

Came in for a pick up order and when I arrived home my family had noticed the drink was missing. I called them over the phone to refund the charge or to have it delivered. I was on hold for 5 minutes before I drove back. When I arrived back at Pizza Hut I was still on hold. When I asked if I could get an extra drink for my time and lost food quality since I would arrive home to cold food they said no can do. Overall I would say if this is your nearest Pizza Hut head to the next one it’ll save you more time

Shuron at this location was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful with zero hospitality. Placed an order a hour in advanced. Upon arrival she advised my pizza was not at this location. When I asked her to double check she became hostile. After arguing back and fourth my pizza was sitting in the warmer. Tried calling Leslie to complain and waited on hold over and hour with no success.
Leslie’s the best! Pizza was on time and delicious, and the customer service was amazing :)

Pizza arrived really fast, was super hot, perfectly prepared and they actually included the extra cheese I paid for...really rare these days. 2 pieces filled me up. Best Pizza experience I've had in a long time. I guess it's true... no one out pizzas the Hut.
