Delivery and customer service are a joke. We ordered 4 pizzas on line for delivery through the website. Uber showed up with 4 boxes only 3 of which contained pizzas. Store doesn't answer the phone and texting service says they will address my order within 24 hours. I had to drive to the store to have my pizza made. The "manager" on duty said they would refund my whole order but he didn't have access to the web based orders to do so. Promised that the general manager would call.Today I got an email stating they would refund the cost of the single pizza that was not delivered. Can't reply to the email.I spent an hour resolving their mistake, but apparently my time and my business are of no value to them.

The pizza is always delicious, the employees do a good job, and it is a very nice, welcoming atmosphere, especially for families.

Multiple items from our order were missed. When trying to call to alert the restaurant and see if we could come pick up the additional items we could not get a person. we tried multiple times to call and they try to make it impossible to get a person. Finally figured out the loop hole an option they do not give (DIAL 9) and someone picked up the phone and promptly left it off the hook so we could not get through (busy signal). Tried again about 30 min later (someone must have put the phone back on the hook) and the same thing happened. Absolutely atrocious customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.

I might be finally done here. Used to be my favorite pizza in town but I’ve had too many bad pizzas lately to justify going back. Bummer. They’re very stingy with toppings. Their gluten free dough always makes for a flimsy sloppy pizza. I have to put it back in the oven when I get home.

Simple and fresh ingredients with an eye toward authenticity.Great for family dinner, entertaining out-of-towners, and grabbing a quick bite at lunch. I go every Wednesday.Try the meatballs!

I have no idea how places like this stay in business. The pizza isn’t good, the portions are tiny, and the prices are high. On top of the pizza already being bleh, there was a bunch of burnt stuff on the bottom, like the oven it’s cooked in must be disgustingly dirty. Just all kinds of charred residue that’s never been cleaned off and it gets all over the pizza.

I'm not sure why their pizza is that expensive. There's better options. I ordered a supreme and it was just bland and their Nutella bread was sooo tiny like smaller than a slice of bread loaf and it wasn't even that great for the price. I'm probably never getting anything from them again. Two pizzas, one Nutella bread delivery (+tip for the driver) came up to $60.

Average at best. Years ago, Pizzeria Locale was pumping out some solid Neapolitan style pizzas. These days it just feels off. The dough that was once crunchy and airy now tastes doughy and undercooked (yet sometimes burned at the same time...). Even the meatballs have gone from passable to just not that good. Maybe other locations are better but the last two pies from Locale have been a swing and a miss.

Tried to order some ranch after my friends and I sat down to eat. I asked a guy if I could buy some, he approached the register and tapped the screen for 2 seconds and said it won't let him pull up the ranch before sliding me a free 2 oz ranch cup and walking away. He seemed like in a hury and kind of rude, which I would understand but they weren't in a lunch rush or anything. I appreciate the gesture though but I needed ranch for four people, I would have been willing to pay cash as well they could have kept the change, but he just walked away. Kind of d*** if a pizzeria can't pull up ranch on their POS system, or if the dude just didn't want to take my order for ranch. Either way, didn't get my ranch kinda bummed. Good food though eat here

READ BEFORE YOU SHOP HEREI wish I could give this place less than one star, I actually had the pizza and it’s OK!, however… my 16 year old daughter applied for a job in highlands where we live and got one! unfortunately she only lasted 2 nights because, well as any new hire she was giving only 2 days a week (Saturday and Sunday) during summer and both days were Night Shifts, she had to quit per my request since I was not able to pick her up. Steve the manager never paid her for either day she worked, it’s been over a month and I’m finally getting involved because up until yesterday (11/27/22) this “manager” didn’t apparently know her last name… (more of the run around) so she was never on payroll???, even thought she filled out an application and everything, was giving a shift and a uniform?, if you are looking for overpriced pizza, this is your place! Just know they have abused a minor by making her work weekends and never compensate her for any of her time, so when you pay the again overpriced pizza price make sure not to tip because she did not get any of those either, I finally sent an email to corporate and this lady Jessica Keller said to me “I need to investigate” lol!!! Investigate what? The laziness from management??? As to why they don’t know hours the employees work? Their last names? Are you kidding me? Let’s see what happens, I will keep you all informed on social media, there’s a big platform for me to display the abuse from pizzeria locale to their young employees, it’s own by chipotle so think about that if you want a burrito too, you can go to pizza alley across the way!!!! YouService industry deserves better! This owners charge way too much for pizza and DO NOT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES!!

Friendly and fun, the pizze are authentic Napoletano style. Beautiful wood-fired crust and delicious sauce. A little light with the toppings.
