I had loved Locale since they started - this was a shameful way for Chipotle to end it. You should have had managers or at least some presence on site for all the fans coming in for a last supper

Such great pizza at a great price! I always stop here on the way to the movies and grab a margarita pizza for $10. It usually only takes about 5 min to get my order and the staff is always friendly.

I feel bad even having to write this review because we've had so many good experiences ordering from this place.. but I think something has changed recently with the quality of their ingredients. We've been ordering takeout/delivery from them pretty consistently for the past few months and it's always been really good until this past week or so. We ordered from this location and were really surprised at the smell of our pizzas.. nothing like what we've had the last few months. They smelled like the cheese was sour or foul or something. We didn't feel comfortable eating them. We tried ordering from a different location tonight and it was the same experience. I don't know if the chain has changed suppliers for their cheese (or some other ingredient), but I'm bummed about the change and we won't be ordering pizza from this chain anymore :(

I always love Pizzeria Locale whenever I want pizza! Went here for dinner and it was great. I love your location in Cap Hill location and have been there over 20 times and rave about it to all my friends. I have been to this location twice now and it's just not as good. Soggy crust in the middle, uneven cooking, not nearly the same quality as your Cap hill location. This location needs some quality control help.

The staff is very unfriendly and acts like by coming in we are a huge bother to them. The girl behind the counter wears the white scarf on her hair said she was the manager. Why would you hire such a person who lacks any kind of hospitality skills The guy with the sparkling ear plugs is just plain rude in his customer service The pizza is great. The dough has stand out flavor. I would have given more stars however the employees kill this place.

We love this place. Pizzas are consistently delicious, baked to perfection. The prices are very reasonable. I’ve been ordering from Pizzeria Locale on 9th for a couple years now and expectations have been met every time. The budino butterscotch pudding dessert is a must-try!
All pizzas are the same size and you choose your toppings. The Margherita Pizza was delicious, great atmosphere and the service was Superb- helpful and friendly! BTW, - free refills on fountain/ iced tea/ Lemonade drinks.Vegetarian options: Various veggies to put on your pizza.

Twice in the last six months, I’ve walked in to an empty restaurant with 4-6 employees and been told that I’m not allowed to order because they’re processing online orders. I think it’s a reasonable expectation to walk into an open restaurant and be able to order.PS pizza and bunion are delicious

First time eating in at our neighborhood Pizzeria Locale and this is one of the best value pizza joints in the area. The quality of the pizza and the ingredients are very good. Given how thin the crusts are these pizzas are best when dining in. Prices have risen but it's still a great choice.
