If I could give 0 stars, I would. Did an online order an hour and a half before close. When my driver came to get the food, the employees conveniently didn’t see my order, and then refused to make my food when the driver got there, saying it was too close to closing time. Trash establishment. Don’t eat here .

Says they close at 8 on google, just wanted a quick sandwich but they were closed at 7:30. I worked at bars and restaurants my entire life and we would sometimes close 30 minutes early but a sit down meal/drinking usually take very long compared to making a sandwich so thats understandable. This however is unacceptable. Unless management is over working these people and making them do menial tasks that make them hate their jobs then there’s no reason to not close a SANDWICH shop until the actual closing time. If that is the case then it’s management’s fault for not cultivating a stimulating/fun work environment.

I ordered a BLT and it was the worst BLT I’ve ever had. No flavor, low quality bacon and expensive. Highly would not recommend. Never paying for these sandwiches again.

I've been going to Potbelly for a few years now and have always had great service especially from Manager Bianca. The quality of the food is awesome.

Seems to be a hot lunch spot, so I dined in for diner near closing. They greeted me right away, but couldn't apply the BOGO in person. So, after about 15 mins sitting there trying to get the online order to work. I then had to wait about another 10 mins for the sandwiches'. It was worth the wait, they turned out very delicious. My only complaint is they don't offer soda water on their fountain.

Why order ahead and give a tip in advance when the order is not ready on time? Tip after you pick up.And then the promise of a free cookie for doing the survey I s a lie. You only get a cookie with another purchase.

Ordered a Big Wreck and an original chicken bacon club on the app. I got there about 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and the order said completed on the app. I was the only person in there and still had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order. The bread was toasted but was not warm at all and the meat on the wreck was only on about 2/3 of the sandwich and was ice cold. It was gross. The chicken club was only slightly warm with only a couple pieces of chicken, which were cold. I live 5 minutes away, so the sandwiches did not get cold between the restaurant and me eating them. Plus the meat on the wreck was way too cold for just having not been eaten quickly enough; it had probably warmed up, honestly. Not sure how the bread was toasted but the meats were so cold or why I was stuck waiting for so long.

The absolute best meatball sub I've ever eaten, and exactly what I needed in between bus rides. It has a wonderful, inviting atmosphere.

I ordered the apple walnut salad and it is gross. Seems like they made it last week sometime and are passing it off as a fresh salad. I won't be going there again.
