I have been ordering meal kits from Prefare for about 6 weeks now and average 3-4/week. Not a single dud in the bunch! All have been superbly tasty & easy to make. After a busy day at work and with kids these kits have been a game changer allowing me to make a great dinner in about 15 minutes. I also appreciate the reasonable portion sizes that help me not overeat. I do not have a single criticism. Highly recommend.

The meals are delicious and offer a ton of variety. They only take about 15 minutes to put together. The packaging is minimal so there is less waist. We have been getting weekly meals from Prefare over the last 7 months. The food, selection, and customer service is top notch. We have tried other meal service companies (local and chain) and nothing compares to the flavor and quality of the meals from Prefare. Every meal is minimal prep, easy to follow directions, and most of them take 30 min or less (everything that you need is included). We have never had a meal that we didn’t like! We live pretty far out (Elizabeth) and they still deliver to us for no extra charge. They have helped this busy family out so much and we cannot recommend them enough!

Update 2023:Here’s what I wish I knew before:Chicken is always weird. Sometimes it smells. Sometimes it’s off. Sometimes it’s got a weird texture.We used to deal with passive aggressive responses from the owner whenever we’d send an email complaint. Our friends had the same experience. That seems to be better managed now that the company has grown.Would love a “favorites” option on the account so I can like certain dishes and remember to avoid others.There used to be an option to review dishes. Would love to have online reviews on the website so I could assess whether we’ll like a dish.****We echo all the positive comments! We also have switched from other meal prep services; this local option is the BEST. Fresh, creative, delicious, less waste. We've ended up subscribing to more meals/week compared to other services because the quality and price are totally worth it.

I have tried many meal delivery services and this one is far and away the best! First, it's local to CO which improves freshness and delivery. Second, the majority of the meals take 15 mins and that's the truth (not like other services that say half hour but an hour later you are still cooking...) Fresh pasta eliminates the need to boil longer, pre marinated meat, and premade sauces save time! Lastly, the team is very responsive and accommodating if you have issues. The app is easy to use and easy to skip meals or change a delivery day if need be. I have been getting weekly meals from Prefare since June 2021 and I recommend them to everyone!

We've been Prefare customers for over two years and sadly over the past 6-8 months their quality has consistently gone downhill. We've had to sub our own vegetables for spoiled produce, we've had meals that were so salty we have to throw them out. Last nights carne asada tacos had mayonnaise as sauce - it was supposed to be garlic aioli but it was just mayo, and a very poor quality mayo at that. Tonight we had a pasta bake that literally had a good inch of water at the bottom of the tray after baking. Who wants watery ravioli? It's too bad because at one point Prefare was a fantastic, healthy and very delicious option for meals in Denver. Now every week is a crapshoot.

As many others have said, the food is delicious and fresh and there is so much less waste compared to other services like Blue Apron. I love using it when my husband (the main cook in our family) is traveling for work, it saves me a ton of time and headache!I would like to suggest that Prefare provide a way to review each meal so that we can provide direct feedback and so that if a meal is repeated we can remember whether we liked it or not.ETA: thank you for replying, Doug!

Such an amazing service. We have done multiple meal delivery services and the options, the freshness, and the packaging is far superior. The only things I wish they had was a referral code that gave you points or $$ off since I’ve referred all my friends (purely selfish) and that the meals had calorie ranges when you go to order. If you are in the fence do it! So so worth it.

The recipes are for all levels of cooking. There is alot of variety... low fat, vegetarian, insta pot, throw in the oven, etc.. I haven't had a meal that I haven't enjoyed!
