Burritos are bland and soggy, featuring dry, overcooked eggs and undercooked potatoes. Also if you order for dine jn they’re not wrapped to they’re hard to pick up and eat, but served on parchment that tore when I tried to fork and knife it.Also I'm pretty sure the extremely weak cortado I got was made with dairy milk even though I was upcharged for coconut (which is pretty distinctive). Took a few sips and immediately felt sick.

Place used to be really good, would come here at least twice a week. Has gone downhill recently. Açaí bowl you get skimped out on and just not as good anymore. Rarely ever go now.

Their salmon and lox bagel was extremely tasty. My dad got that when we ate here, and I enjoyed trying it too.I however was disappointed with the avocado toast. The avocado was a very thin layer smeared onto thick toast, so I felt like I didn't get what I was expecting. I was hoping for thick slices of fresh avocado on the toast, not an avocado spread.

The espresso was just coffee, the coffee was watery, and I found hair in my food. Disappointed.

Food is great here but service is horrible. I go here a lot and always order ahead, but never once have they started my order before i’ve walked. Plus the person working is always in a rush to get out of there. They look at me like i just ruined their day and then rush to get it made poorly (slopped together). However i do love their sandwiches.

Always a great experience at Lohi Eats. The Monte Cristo is one of my favorite sandwiches in Denver! Custom açaí bowls as well. Great spot in Lohi!

This place has gone completely downhill, smaller portions, more expensive, and horrible service. Avoid at all

Breakfast sandwich was great! My salt deep coffee was made wrong, but it was my first time ordering it so I had no idea to know if it was right or wrong. It definitely didn't taste like the description. After a couple of sips into it the barista called out my name and admitted she had actually forgotten to mix in a few vital ingredients and asked if I wanted another one! Great work.

Slightly above average shakes but absolutely delicious breakfast options like waffles and French toast. A lot of food that will fill you up.

The breakfast burritos here are very good. The açai bowl also has a lot of combinations to suit anyone. The açai bowl is quite sweet and could be enjoyed as a dessert any time. The burritos were very nicely prepared and presented. The staff is friendly and patient which helped a lot in making our choices. Try the green chili sauce over one of their delicious burritos.

I had a bad avocado toast, grey avocado paste on too of soggy toast . Probably a bad day. Just a little bit more attention to food could do great things.

Warning: it’s no longer Prosper Eats (they go by Lohi Eats now) and the menu is doesn’t have 90% of what’s listed online. We were very disappointed but decided to try it out anyway since we were already there. We ordered a breakfast bagel and an everything bagel with cream cheese and a Lavender Fog. We got two bagels with cream cheese, one had a sausage Patty added.. and a black coffee?. Will not be going back.

There are so many coffee and breakfast places in Highlands and Denver. When places that server food and coffee places don't care about waste it makes it really hard to care about them. Prosper is a cool place, but....the fact that they put everything in single use throw away containers makes me not want come back. Pay now or pay later. Just because you choose to take the easy way out and not wash dishes, doesn't mean we all won't pay later with the damage to our air and community. Buy some reusables for people who want to dine in.
