Great brewery. They have some of the best German beer in America the staff is amazing and the beirgarden in the summer is second to none!Also with the addition of the food truck they have great food.
We have lived so close to Prost for years and I've avoided it like the plague because I don't like German beer. But we had friends over who love it and insisted it was a must try. I was so pleased to see that they had a bunch of non-German beers available cleverly listed under "rule breakers". I tried both the Blood Orange Gose and the Grapefruit Radler and they were both really yummy. The grapefruit radler was definitely my favorite of the two. One of my favorite spots in Denver. Great inside beer hall with an awesome patio looking over downtown. They have German style food served out of a food truck that is delicious. Highly recommend!
