Employees are rude and don't wash their hands. Cook didn't even wear gloves when bagging our chips. Manager was dismissive when we tried to complain, like she didn't care. The woman got mad at me because she couldn't understand basic English. Why do you have employees that can't speak English?? I've been here a few times and had this same problem. Also watched an employee use their phone twice, went back to preparing food without washing hands or putting on gloves. Disgusting. Don't eat here

Store was filthy, trash and food all over the floors. Food was poor, like it had been days old. The manager is an incompetent moron who acts like she speaks English but I highly doubt it. Terrible service and the cooks were rude and slow. Can't even follow a basic instruction.

It's the customer service! The staff is funny. The management is COOL AND PROFESSIONAL. The short sister girl who's a manager is just PROFESSIONAL and good at problem solving.

Oh my god. This place sucks so bad. I have been going here for 2 year, they do not abide by their hours. Big deal, everyone says so. So annoying. however, it's not even worth touching on compared to what I just experienced. Just came in, ordered my bowl, guy was short and rude with me. Whatever. I get home and take a bite, almost died from sodium poisoning. They put salt in the rice? No, they put rice in the salt. I can't even take a bite of the things on top because the salt is in EVERYTHING. I'm not one to exaggerate; even this post probably doesn't do it justice. It's 5 mins walk from my house and I will never go back. Huge L. Don't come here- you are loved. Think about how your mom would feel if you died from high blood pressure.

I stopped coming to this location entirely a while back, when the staff was rude and uncaring. I came back a few weeks ago and my faith in this location was renewed by a very kind and funny gentleman named Mesha I believe. I came back a couple times and haven't seen him. The other staff is rude and hard to speak to. You guys should have more staff like this man. It took me four tries just to ask for an orange Jaritos, and the snobby blonde ish Mexican lady at the counter only gave me more attitude because SHE couldn't understand me. When I was there, I noticed that Mesha was pretty much the only one working, while two other Hispanic looking people (a man with a backwards hat and a shorter, brunette) were just talking in Spanish, and making jokes about other employees. I speak Spanish, so I knew exactly what they were saying. I wasn't going to share this information, but with this being the second time I've received ride service from the same woman, I felt like speaking up once again, as to keep my favorite restaurant from going backwards again.

Lady got upset because I asked her to wear gloves when issuing my chips and putting them into a bag. That's common sense. She also got an attitude because I corrected her on the cheese I wanted that she prefilled without confirming with me first. No need to have an attitude. Gloves should be used anytime touching someone's food. Period!

I just had a horrible experience in here and it was completely uncalled for. I walk in the restaurant and there is a girl talking on her phone and mopping, so me being me I walked all the way around to the other side to avoid walking on her wet floor only for her to come right behind me(literally)and mop where I was standing. I had slippers on and could have fallen thank God I didn't.. "I asked her why would she mop right where I had to walk. I had already avoided where she was mopping in the first place so for you to intentionally come to where I was standing was kinda rude"Do you want to do my job?" Was her response.. No actual I don't want your job, and apparently you don't want your job either.. I eat here all the time mind you meaning I came to eat not argue.. She is and was very rude.. I completely tried to avoid this whole situation. I work in fast food and janitorial.. And yes my food tasted like her attitude nasty... First time for everything..
