To the Rebel bakers: I am your number one fan.I recently moved to Denver and was introduced to Rebel Bread at the Sunday Pearl Street Farmers Market. So happy to find out they also have a retail counter open Thursday-Saturday so I don't have to wait a week!I'm working my way through their fanstic menu, but so far the cinnamon roll has my heart. Rebel is the best! I always get Rebel pastries at coffee shops around town and they never disappoint - some of the best in Denver. Their bread and pastries are both technically perfect and delicious. today I went straight to the source- the Rebel flagship on Broadway- and daaaaang. Hands down, the best Italian hoagie I’ve ever had. The arugula is such a nice touch. The service was incredible and although I got my sandwich to go, the space looks comfortable. I’ll be back to try other menu items for sure.
