We’ve been here several times 4-5x and it’s delicious and HH is a great value. I’m 1st gen Vietnamese from Houston and this place is legit. Denver (8 years here) is a sad city for authentic Asian food with maybe exception for sushi. My favorite thing here, and there is no place in town that has it and so unique, is the crispy Saigon caramelized shrimp. The shrimp is fresh and has that snap and plumpness that fresh shrimp should have. It is in a sticky sweet sauce and the shrimp is thinly breaded and so crisp that even the shell is potato chip tasty. I come here just for that with the lemongrass rice. There’s a special dish the chef sent to us one night which was grilled shrimp on sugarcane, classic south Vietnamese dish and labor intensive. So damn good. Not on regular menu.NOTE: If you don’t do even mild spice, you need to ask wait staff for Denver spicy which is ZERO spicy for the larb, papaya salad and anything that has chilis in it. Always ask!! Can add more spice after and their house chili sauce is fantastic!!Ambiance is great and Bryce and his team including the chef are wonderful!! Highly recommend and I’ll see you on Monday at their all day HH!Their original location is in Seattle. Explains the freshness of their seafood.

Great spot, unique menu and amazing experience every time!! It's right by my house so we walk over and it's always a wonderful date night spot. The ambiance is very different than other places in denver and the service is always so quick. Love it here!!

First off, I guys apologize to you guys because a third of my party didn't show up.This has to be one of my top five favorite restaurants in the entire city. We went for restaurant week and everything was fantastic! The spring rolls, the ma la, and even the Vietnamese coffee creme brulee, all fantastic!

The food was phenomenal. I enjoyed the rolls over my noodles. The non-alcoholic ginger beer spritzer is a must!

I haven’t eaten anywhere that reminded me so much of the food in Asia. The smells and tastes were so authentic and rich and delicious. We ordered 4 things and each dish was sensational and tasty. The owner and waiters are so friendly and hard working, the vibe is amazing and I can’t say enough good things about the flavors. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to allergies especially gluten

Super-delicious-fragilistic-expialidocious!!There is a stigma that Denver doesn’t have great food. Reckless noodles is another great restaurant that proves against that. I had the vegan options for restaurant week and it was 10/10. The rest of the group also loved their courses and were impressed!

Took an hour just to get appetizers. No warning on the spiciness of the food. Nice waiters. Best thing I had was the water.

Get in the waitlist early!!! You can only do this day of. I checked at 7pm and it was 45 min for 2 people and 1.5 hours for 3 people. We grabbed a drink at Charlie Brown's around the corner to wait. They have a text message system and will remove you from the list if you are 10 min late. We got there about 2 min after our check-in point and then had to wait an additional 30 min to be seated. That gave us plenty of time to look over the very expansive cocktail menu. Drinks: I got a cocktail with turmeric in it and it was pretty good. Came in a coup glass. My friends got other fun drinks that came in bigger tiki like drink cups. Food: It was Denver Restaurant Week, so for $35 we each got to choose an appetizer from a list of 5 choices, an entree from a list of 5 choices, and then dessert: Vietnamese crème brûlée or a scoop of ice cream. Warning: pretty much all their food is spicy, but it doesn't say that in the menu. Bryce was super nice and had the kitchen make me a little bowl of noodles with zero spice and gave me some warm coconut milk to dilute the curry. He said they can accommodate if they know ahead of time. I'm a huge wimp and can't handle any level of heat from peppers. It was all very fresh and had great flavor profiles. See the pics for what we ordered.
