After our road trip we were tired and starving, found this place in google maps when I searched for pancakes AND I AM SO GRATEFUL!! Service was excellent even in peak hour and food was great!

We love this place.I am a caregiver and we go there at least 3 times a month.
Saw the sign for 100% grass fed beef and pulled over during lunch. There might have been 8 servers actively moving around, plus a kitchen foreman calling out orders to 6-7 line workers. Reminded me of some of the legendary diners I've been to.

I've been coming to the roost since 2012 if I considered any place in Colorado to be my go-to for delicious food this is my place...We eat here at least once a week and I love it every time !! The chicken fried steak skillet is my go to ! All the servers here are amazing and a lot of them have been there 10+ years..Here is a photo of my c.f.s skillet

What you expect from a small diner. Good good, great service, affordable prices. The atmosphere is classic diner, too many tables and people constantly walking right by your table, but not bad enough to dissuade me from enjoying myself.
