Call 6 times to place an order and the phone says they are busy and when I arrive the restaurant alone and two workers looking at their phones and chilling, lousy service.

This a very niche problem but know that if you have an order of 100 wings and you call ahead of time it will not be ready when you arrive to pick them up.their food is good but bad comunicación on their behalf. I understand that they don’t want the wings to get cold but it may be important to let someone know ahead of time that they will joy be ready

I was looking forward to some good chicken and an even better experience as it was my first time there but I felt my order was taken incorrectly as per my receipt and the food wasn't comparable to the price in which I paid for one burrito with no sides.

I took a trip to Denver back in February of 2020 and found this taco spot close by the hotel we stayed in and ended up going to the place twice within the three day trip and I still to this day crave there menu and talk about taking a trip just for some tacos… it’s been three years and I can’t seem to move on

The difference between the really good and really bad reviews add me interested in trying Rico Pollo. If you have never had a asado pollo or rotisserie chicken, Rico pollo is just that- a roasted chicken. I ordered ahead using the recommendations in this app. It really wasn't very busy when I went on a weeknight. Cleanliness: unlike most of the complaints, the restaurant really wasn't bad. The seating area is similar to a Subway fast food sandwich shop. It's a small restaurant with probably 6 tables that seat 4 per table. There were a few people eating in a They offer several options from full chickens to plates of light meat or dark meat. I opted for the dark meat plate. It was good though the prices on Yelp are outdated. I expected a $8 meal. A 1/4 piece with leg and thigh, rice and beans turned out to be $14 with a coke. It included some sauces and a green onion. The flavor is good but on par with a grocery store rotisserie. The service was fast and my food was ready by the time I went to pick it up. For the price the value just isn't worth it for me.
I got the hot wings which were actually better than i expected (my expectations were pretty low). But they were the smallest wings I've ever seen at a restaurant. Value for what you get isn't great.

Place was great. Good food and tastes awesome. The only thing that could be better is for all the back stock of bean cans, to go boxes, soda cases to be place else where. To much stuff scattered all around the restaurant
