Miles was such an awesome, helpful young man--along with (who I presume to be the owner) a warm, welcoming gentleman who literally opened the door for me and my friend!With a cozy atmosphere, we ordered manicotti and ravioli which were awesome--or so I assume.Unfortunately, as a vegetarian, I didn't specify that I don't eat meat and the sauce was full of it---a great thing for meat lovers! Not so great for me as I didn't get to actually try anything save for the salad and bread. But my friends said the food was really good! :)Just a head's up for folks that don't eat meat. I'm not sure if they have a meatless option and it appears it comes (as ordered) with sausage so...Other than that blundered (which was likely my fault--not the staffs) a really nice place with wonderful, welcoming workers!Oh--I should also add that we ordered 3 Connolis and were in such a hurry, we left before the staff could hand them to us! They were so awesome, they tried to catch up with us and when we later called to ask that the desserts be removed from the total receipt---the workers even went so far as to offer to bring the treats to us! lol!The streets were WAY too slippery and we live a distance away but you can't really beat that kind of dedication to customer service! Miles--sir, you are one of a kind! You do a great job of representing your workplace and should be very proud! :) Will be returning--assuming you have meatless sauce. Otherwise, perhaps I'll try pizza next time!

we wee LONG time supporters of this restaurant as we live just next door. we order from the all the time. their new manager (male) and the person who answered the phone tonight (also male) was so unkind to us….we got hung up on. twice. just asking for a resolution to be refused for something they made a mistake on. not having available what we ordered via online. we were placed on hold by a young man. he didn’t put us on mute was saying unkind things. we called back. no answer. we called back again and asked for the manager and we were laughed at.. do not support this place. we have spent so much time and money here being neighbors. having their customers take parking etc. it’s a SHAME to be treated this way by neighbors. especially those we have supported for so long. so sad.

I've driven by this place 100 times and never gone in. However the pizza was very good. We got a pesto white pizza and The Queens with anchovies (not my thing). Of the several New Yorkers I was with, they decided it was the best NY-style pie in town. I would definitely go back and try a pepperoni. It was unclear whether or not you could order by the slice, which would have been a good option in a larger group with people with differing pizza preferences. FYI, not a date place, and perhaps not a place where I would go to dine-in again. Could have used water pitchers for the table, and weren't immediately offered plates.

This pizza was terrible. Anyone that would call this New York style or New Haven style has never had pizza. It's definitely fast food type pizza so save the money and go to a fast food joint I hate to say it.

Geneva was amazing and could possibly be on of the best pizza chefs of our life time, like if gordon ramsey went into pizza. that’s Geneva!
I used to go to the original location in Englewood, and after moving closer to downtown this location became easier to access. Just picked up a 12" pepperoni pie and a chicken parm sub, my usuals, and this location is absolutely just as good. the crust is nice and crisp but also has a good chew. Slices fold perfect and doesnt flop at all, very important. The sauce has great flavor with a good cheese pull, and a good amount of pepperoni.the chicken parm was perfect as well, same great amount of sauce and cheese, a healthy helping of chicken cutlets which is well seasoned the sub roll is nice and soft, but holds everything in and doesnt fall apart.The service was prompt and friendly, the location was very clean and inviting, both Ricos locations are just like being back in Brookjlyn, I'll definitely be coming back.

Blond lady with a rasby voice was very unpleasant towards me for no reason! I'm a student at east and have gone to pizza Express for a long time and didn't expect someone to be that rude when I was just buying pizza at Rico's.
