Dory and the staff are always so welcoming at Ritual. They have great happy hour deals for food and drinks. My partner and I are huge fans of the crust on their pizza. Both the regular and the Sicilian crust are a must try! Also, if you love a good tangy wing sauce, then the jalapeño gold is one of my favorites.

Terrible menu. Says vegan when pepperoni is part of the order. Online, in person, and paper menu are all different. No alternative meat options for vegetarians.

I live in the neighborhood and really want this place to make it. It had a rough start through the pandemic but always had good food and people. Post-pandemicunfortunately, the service got pretty bad most of the time. But, in the last year, it has somehow gotten worse, and so has the food. They lost their chef and GM in this time, but where, before you could excuse a lack in service... now? I just really don't enjoy visiting. I almost always wait 10-15 mins to be greeted, no matter how busy, and then wait that long or more with an empty glass. I'm also a server and just can't fathom how this is ok. I'm glad it's busy, but stopping in here is a last resort for me.

We first visited RSH about two months ago for brunch, and had a very uneven experience. The biscuits were almost raw, and even when re-fired, were still not fully cooked. My fiance also got a salad, which had completely different ingredients than were featured on the menu description, which had either apparently not been updated, or the salad was just very poorly executed (our server also wasn’t sure). Our server was very apologetic, gave us free drink cards, and mentioned that they were severely understaffed, so we decided to give it another go last night.Unfortunately, we did not fare much better. My fiancé ordered the fried chicken sandwich which, as I now see other reviewers have mentioned, was tiny; basically a single chicken tender on a very small bun. I ordered the Denver dip, which, to be honest, was just not all that close. The general expectation of a French dip (especially one for $18) is a pile of shaved prime rib (which the menu said it was), cooked to med-rare or medium. What I received was about 3-4oz of what looked like pre-cooked, brown, cafeteria roast beef on a narrow baguette that can’t have been more than 5-6”. It was at best a large slider. I also ordered sweet potato fries, which inexplicably came dusted with cinnamon for some reason? To top it all off, our server offered a number of sides for our sandwiches, but at no point mentioned that some of them came with an upcharge. The upcharge for certain sides is mentioned on the menu, so it wasn’t a surprise, but not mentioning them at the table is at best poor form. There just too many great restaurants in this neighborhood and we will not be returning.

Ritual House in Capitol Hill, Denver, is a brunch haven that truly stands out. Their brunch specials redefine the Hill's culinary scene, offering a delightful fusion of flavors. Their biscuits and gravy are a must. The drink specials complement the menu perfectly, creating a harmonious dining experience. The exceptional service adds to the charm, making this hidden gem a must-try for brunch enthusiasts.

The pizza was great. Happy hour truffle fries and Brussels were fried and a little too greasy and soggy, but the flavor was still great.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Waited 20 minutes just to get water and a drink and even have someone acknowledge us. Multiple people passed us without even the acknowledgment of our existence (I work in the industry the least you can say is “I’ll be right with you”). 45 minutes to get an appetizer that was queso, in which I imagine it just needs to be reheated so I don’t understand the wait. The queso was cold once it even got to the table. As well as the arancini. Do not recommend, maybe go there on a Monday or Wednesday afternoon because it was extremely understaffed on 2/23/24. I think a little communication between customers and wait staff goes a long way however it was next to none. Used to love this place but it seems as if it has gone downhill and won’t be returning as it made me and my partner miss plans we had due to long waits when we probably just should have left but we had some hope in the staff/service which unfortunately left us wildly disappointed

Our second visit was horrible. The food was overcooked and the steak sandwich is the most disgusting food I've been served in a very long time. I don't think it's even meat. The first time we ate here we had a pizza and it was good. Get that, if anything. Two stars because you can get a BOGO drink before a show.

Their food is so good and their bottomless mimosas are so strong and cheap. Kendrick is the best server ever! So warm and accommodating. He was the only server on during brunch when I went and he was so accommodating and attentive even with multiple large parties. Had a great time :)

I have come here at least once a week since I moved to cap hill. This is a hidden gem. I am obsessed with their chicken sandwich. And don’t get me started on the wings… It’s perfection! Great vibes, great drinks and great management. Dori is always so welcoming and really knows everything about the industry. I’m so lucky to have this place steps away from my home.
