The food is delicious, and the menu is manageable for different dining options. Even the Wagu menu was affordable, and they bring you a personal grill, so the extra charge is worth it. You order broth, which they provide several vegan broths if you want, and your choice of meat. There is a wide variety of sushi, all included in the overall price (even the rolls), which comes on a little train delivery. The conveyor belt had lots of dishes come through like edamame, seaweed salad, tuna sushi, salmon sushi, octopus salad, shrimp tempura sushi and crab. The self serve station for your hotpot had your choice of tofu, dumplings, veggies, seafood, noodles, and many bottles of sauce. I just wish they offered onions and lemons or limes and seasonings like pepper. It's great they offer reservation as it fills up fast, and it's always nice to solidify a table. The service was great, they were very attentive and friendly. Dishes hardly stack up on your table for long.Vegetarian options: Tomato broth, Mushroom broth, veggies.

Fun conveyor belt sushi and hotpot with a reasonably priced all you can eat menu. Very tasty and good variety with small plates of sushi available if you don't want a full roll. Only downside is it can be difficult to get service during busy times and is sometimes closed during opening hours

I used to love this place sooo much, this was my dating spot every weekend because I was in love with the wagyu. Not the same anymore since the last time we’ve been there, they expanded on the options of beef choices. I am not price sensitive as long as it tastes good. They no longer offer the real/authentic “WAGYU” anymore but still charged the same price. Now it is just regular beef that other hotpot places offer, so what’s the point of paying high prices?

You’re better off going to GO FISH across the street! My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Despite being on the waitlist and patiently waiting as the second party in line, we endured an unreasonably long wait time. To add insult to injury, the management proceeded to seat multiple parties before attending to us. The disregard for our time and position on the list was incredibly frustrating.

It was my first time eating here, good food and good service but the restaurant was not very spacious. The spot to get the veggies and sauce was in the middle of the aisle where traffic was the heaviest, and I felt rushed to grabbing items for my hot pot.

great customer service and great atmosphere. you could TRY and get free parking in front of the street if you're lucky if not down the street which isn't too far away! sushi is very fresh and made with simple ingredients and nothing crazy. so don't expect cream cheese on the rolls this is definitely more on the authentic side. but everything was fresh and delicious. and theyre eel nigiri was the besttttttVegetarian options: they only have a few veg options

They are understaffed. Regrettably. When we arrived, we signed in on the Yelp waitlist that was running in the front of the restaurant. There was no one there to greet or to say "Do NOT sign up on the Yelp wait list because we are not using it," we went next door to get a cocktail and then watched our place in line not move over the next 45 minutes. After watching our position remain static, eventually we got curious and went back and discovered that they had room the whole time and we could have been sat immediately.Such is life, this happens. But the understaffing is really an issue - we waited for about 15 minutes to be approached after being seated.I want to stress that the food was, and always is, excellent. The service format is a little bit odd, as you fetch your own plant and dumpling and noodle and sauce additions to the hot pot from the refrigerator in the middle of the restaurant (which can create bottlenecks when it's busy), but it's got a charm to it.And given their harried and limited staffing, they did their best. But please give them the tools they need to succeed!

I love the food here but the server (said he was Diego and used to getting terrible reviews) was atrocious. Some of this is the owners fault since the server also had to be the host and was the server for the entire place. I still love the hot pot and conveyor belt sushi. We were able to overcome the terrible service to still enjoy ourselves.

Fun and yummy hot pot. Food was fresh and delicious. The service is relaxed and fun. The conveyor belt items were very good and fresh. There's no way you're going to leave without a full belly. The only area for improvement would be the decor. Looks like it's been there forever.
