No oil is typically changed once every 2 to 3 months, which reduces our cook time is well as our sufficiency in return customers received a burnt chicken or fish product that is toasted on the outside but still raw in the middle which case if you ever order poultry be sure to check the center of the product because it will be raw. The soups and sauces are held in plastic bags well out of expiration date and are simply thrown in a microwave to cook and kept it in a warmer. MANAGEMENT TREATS ITS CHEFS LIKE THEY ARE DAY LABORERS AVERAGING 3 TO $400 A WEEK AND ARE BELITTLED, there is nothing professional about this kitchen. The dishes are dirty due to mechanical failure and insufficiency with the staff, salad bar items are held at least 72 hours past their whole date and are still sold due to the budget crisis corporate and management experience. This company fails to keep Cooks because management would rather sit in the kitchen and milk their labor and allocation and keep their kitchen staff as bottom feeders. This location truly lacks professionalism and quality, next time you eat here check for raw food and expired product.

The hostess had a flippant attitude and didn't seem to want to be there. The server, Amy was awesome, but brought out my zucchini raw. Like some pieces didn't even touch the grill, because there was no oil on them just dry. Amy replaced without being asked :) as we were packing our to go box. Mashed potatoes looked like a snowman, (from the disher used) so they had been in the well too long and were dry. Otherwise, Asiago bacon chicken made a good lunch the next day. Salad bar was well stocked and as always, the best part of the meal.Vegetarian options: AYCE salad bar

I was greated right a way at the door. I was waiting for another party i hadn't seen in years. She asked if i wanted to be seated now or wait, which I thought was a nice gesture. Other party arrived and we were seated right away. Not to busy this day around noon. The waitress arrived quickly, but we we talking abot old times. She checked back with us a couple of times until we were finally ready to order. Food arrived fairly quickly and hot. Burger was cooked to medium as it was ordered and delicious. Other food was good too. We did not order their famous salad bar, but it did look fresh. This is close to on the way to the airport and a nice place to meet for lunch or dinner, before heading out or coming in. Thanks!
