Delicious flavours that entice the senses with each bite! Fresh, premium ingredients are used to carefully cook each dish, and the presentation is breathtaking.

I have been to some bad restaurants, and it's okay, it happens, but this takes the cake. 2 of our 4 dishes were beyond inedible. One smelled of urine and was not much better in taste and the other would be inappropriate to describe here. Our waiter was very kind and took them back and offered another dish, which we declined. we were still charged for both dishes which was a bold choice. but bold choices for bold flavors I suppose.

Full range of Vietnamese cuisine although they do serve pho. Not a single place in Portland up to this quality so I make sure to stop in when I’m in town. Been eating there for 30 years and it has maintained its quality through a change in management.

We usually get food here all the time, years, we got an appetizer today and my husband ended up with extreme pain and discomfort beyond just diarrhea and I also had the same problem but not as severe as my husband. This is the second time this ever happened. I believe it was the crab he ate. Either the kitchen station is not clean or the sea food is not well made or stored properly before consumption. After this second incident they have lost one of their loyal customer and I will not be coming back here again and I will discourage anyone else if you fear food poisoning. I thought the first time was just a mistake, but for it to happen again, I will not be risking my family’s health for a restaurant that doesn’t practice cleaning ethics.Vegetable there is usually always dirty but we bring them home and clean them but again it’s quiet annoying to do so all the time.

Just fine. Having grown up here, I visit Denver several times a year and usually eat at New Saigon, which has sadly closed. Tried this spot for Bun and found it to be thoroughly mediocre. The egg rolls were meh, the noodles were a bit thick, there were hardly any vegetables, and no herbs. And the service is curt and unfriendly.New Saigon had no peers and will be sorely missed.

We were here visiting and this restaurant wqas recommended to us. We came here today and it was a great experience. First of all their menu is huge with so many items. Secondly, the food is so good. We loved every single items ordered.Fresh and perfect food. Beside the food servers were very friednly and attentive. We didn't hesitate to give them better than normal tips. They deserve it. Best traditional Vietnamese food in Denver area no doubt…

Pho with rare steak and tendon is beefy. Plenty of bean sprouts and leafy greens to add. Saigon Bowl, a Vietnamese restaurant in the Federal section of Denver. I ordered an extra dinner of DK Soft Chow Fun for the trip home. So, Chinese food is here too.Parking: I parked in front of the entry to the restaurant during a Tuesday night after work.
