No flavor, runny chili, spicy with no taste. Ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito at 10:15am and was told they were out and the only thing available was bacon. Felt rushed by the cashier when trying to pick another option. Most overrated place in Denver. Tamales were cold with no flavor. Just not good at all. The attraction to Santiago's must be a Denver thing.

This santiagos is one of the best in town. The staff is great. They are also super efficient with getting through orders and getting people in and out as they tend to stay super busy. For a burrito place, they are the model for others to follow. Their breakfast burritos are the most popular item. They switch their specialty meat for the burritos up daily. Their green chili is the bomb. I also love their tamales. I feel most people have had a santiagos burrito, but if you haven't, you should definitely give them a try.

Loved the smothered deluxe burritos with carnitas. It hits the spot every single time I come to town this is my first stop for food. I have not been able to find this type of burrito anywhere else Ive traveled.
I'm disappointed in this particular location ? I'm not sure HOW MUCH money I've invested into this company because I LOVE, LOVE the green chili and overall quality of food... however, I'm more specific each time I order (I request a DRY burrito) because I either cannot eat the whole burrito in one sitting or my dietary needs won't allow!Bummer for me, I realize.They USED to accommodate my requests but for the past 3-4 visits, my burrito is drenched in chili (not complaining completely) but, why not have my chili ON THE SIDE as I requested?It's frustrating because now I have to either give the rest away or go without the rest of my fav Mexi meal... this truly makes me sad, not so sure I'll be back if times are unfortunately changing along w customer service...

Santiagos is known for cheap, fast burritos and their sauces. Well, it looks like they are no stranger to the economic hardships. The burritos you once remember are much skinnier now, and they almost have nothing inside of them. Still good, just not great or an amazing buy anymore.
