There is a vegetarian ramen that can be made vegan (for an additional price). The broth was pretty good but the vegetables were more raw than I'd like and the noodles were strange…almost slimy?
For what it is, the price is way too high.

Very small portions, my husband got the pork belly ramen and there were two small cuts. It wasn't flavorful, the broth in my ramen was cold and I had to have them microwave it for me, they brought out the appetizers after the ramen. It was expensive $60 for 2 bowls of ramen and 1 app. Atmosphere is just okay. I'm very underwhelmed.

From parking, take the alleyway to get to the entrance and be met by a quiet atmosphere with indoor, or outdoor seating for an occupancy of maybe 75. The food is light and brought with a slight twist the brings amazing flavor. The ramen options came with proper plating and you get plenty for the amount you pay. May, our server, was above and beyond providing info on specific items and leading the way to worth while apps! We will be back for her service and the food
Loved this spot! Felt like a hidden secret walking through the alley to the back. In the best way, it felt like I was eating at someone’s home vs a restaurant. Staff was friendly, prompt and attentive especially given the lunch rush. Had vegetarian options for me (veggie steam buns and miso ramen) while my husband loved the chicken karaage and pork ramen. Happily eat here again :)

The good server at Sera’s Ramen Enclave added a personal touch to the dining experience, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. Their knowledge of the menu, paired with genuine enthusiasm, enhanced our overall enjoyment.
The food was great .The ramen broth for the tam tam and pork belly was full of flavor , just enough spice to host a little party in your mouth. The staff were very friendly. An awesome little hole in the wall .We will definitely be back. The only reason I didn't put a 5 overall is I consider myself a foodie . Then the food needs to speak to my soul.
What a hidden treasure. Literally. You have to walk in between two buildings off of 32nd Street to the back. But worth it, and FIND it. Quaint interior, but service was on point and we had a great experience. We started with the lettuce wraps with salmon and we were so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of them. But, I had the Spicy Dashi ramen, and it was fantastic. I was sad when I had finished it. I will come back and flip a coin between that and the great marketing read of the fried rice. Wife got the sesame pork belly ramen and loved it, and I found out that she used to come here on her own before I became a ramen fan! No iced tea for me, but they had LOTS of hot tea options...very unique flavors. They have the classic Coke bottle though. Great background music that I Shazammed a few times. Ask for a side of the chili paste, as the hot stuff is a game changer. A few people came in and I heard "the usual?" so I assume that the people who come here come here a LOT. Definitely recommend and see you there!

Reallllly wanted to love the food here because it's so cute and the service was great, but the "Flavorsome" ramen was very much the opposite. The broth was described as beef broth simmered for 12+ hours but it tasted and looked like plain chicken broth. Possibly the least flavorful ramen I have ever had. The pork bao were good, maybe not $8 good. But the beer is a pretty good deal at $5 a bottle. Despite the very lackluster ramen, I could still see myself returning frequently to try the rest of the menu if I lived there just because we liked the concept/environment.
