I love Shake Shack. We ordered basic cheeseburgers and fries. I got cheese fries. Burgers were amazing. Next time green Chile burger, cheese and bacon fries plus a shake. Yum.

I like the convenience of this Shake Shack. You purchase your meal at the kiosk with your credit card, select your meal, wait for your order, and then enjoy your meal in dining or take home. The downside is limited human interaction. But, that is Ok if you are on the go. The spicy chicken sandwich is quite good. It is better than the other comparable fast food chicken sandwiches. The fries are crinkle cut and very tasty. The restaurant and roomy and clean, and conveniently located near the Halcyon Hotel. I like this Shake Shack.

Soggy bread. Uncooked meat when I asked well done. They forgot my sauces on my order. Also no tomatoes or onions when I added them. Why,? All these “small” mistakes have changed my preference for this place. I cannot believe you are in one recognized area (cherry creek) where we paid for a good customer service but also quality food. Not coming back sadly

Love the whole self ordering tablet experience. Food always comes out quick. Still think shake shack has the best gluten free buns of any burger place I know too ! My favorite fast food burger chain ! $17 for double burger and fries is steep though - that’s my main qualm. The fries are not worth ordering either - reminds me of the pre frozen fries in elementary school cafeteria days. Stick to the burger.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free buns !

Dang, I am super picky but their 'shroom w/ beef patty (Shack Stack) was without a doubt one of the best sandwiches I've had in 40 years of existence. It's the only sandwich I could think of that came out looking like it could be in an ad. That first bite, there's nothing like that first bite. The juices of the mushroom... ?. I was put off by the ordering system which is the equivalent of the self-service line at a grocery store, and I find insulting and inhuman, but despite that I'll be coming back. Product is just too good.
