Hit and in and out on them. Service was good and fast. The Aqua frescas were on point had to double back. Got the smoked brisket bacon burger. Was a lil sloppy put together but not a big deal. It was good. A heavy Burger but Id get it again. Fries were crispy.

This is the worst place to go! I have never felt as bad in a cheap burger restaurant. I couldnt be more disappointed about staff and so poor customer service. Worse experience in my life. This is a NO!

I very rarely leave reviews let alone bad reviews but I felt the need to let others know based on our visitI came here for dinner with a co-worker while in town for a conference. Staff was not the most welcoming as we ordered. Multiple tables were unstable in the booths. The kitchen was blasting their own music (obnoxiously loud) over the music that was being played for customers, which made it difficult to have a conversation. Staff was running around playing with each other, yelling/cussing and just being disruptive. One customer actually had to call out to staff to place his order because they were too busy messing around with each other and did not see him standing at the register. I see why this place was empty and locals walked to other near by restaurants for dinner. I would not recommend this smash burger especially for a family.Unfortunately due to the staffs behavior after we were served, my co-worker and I believe our food may have been tampered with due to our profession. FIRST RESPONDERS SHOULD STAY AWAY!

It was not as good as the ones in NYC and NJ, but it was satisfying. There was lots of construction in front, which made it a bit complicated to find how to get to the door based on which sidewalk you are using.

So we just moved downtown called TOPLACE a PICKUP order I got hung up on TWICE by a rude person. This is seriously so sad. I won't be recommending them to ANY ONE! THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE..

Was prompted to give a tip at check out with no option for "no tip." Also the table was dirty, there were incorrect prices on the menu, and the staff couldn't answer my question about the menu prices. Burgers were tasty though.

Man these guys always mess my burger up somehow. Thats three times now in a row no tomatoe, no mayo. I didn't even know the sandwhich got a tomato till I saw a picture of it and Ive ate it three times. I thought to myself damn this burger aint got no sauce its dry.

Ordered a burger and a drink through grubhub. The bottle of Coke almost $4. Was not only not delivered but my food bag specifically said no drink underlined on it. I was charged for the soda. I called repeatedly and nobody answered the phone. Terrible service, terrible restaurant will not return!!Go elsewhere everyone, there's better burger joints downtown!! So thanks for robbing me of 4 dollars Smashburger.
