Nice staff, clean and food was good. Parking lot was in horrible condition. Pot hole so bad it almost popped my tire. Wile waiting for food another person did pop tire on another pot hole. Not going back because I don't want to buy a tire just for fast food.

Terrible service! I asked an employee that was helping me to throw away a piece of trash for me while I was boxed in with my vehicle, and they told me they don't get paid enough to do that. Very rude service!

The first thing you think of when you see a Sonic is probably a hot dog maybe a route 44 drink, a shake, but at least for me, it usually is not a green chili cheeseburger... And not like burrito green chili, more like hatch fire roasted green chili, chopped in small flavor packed squares and topped perfectly onto a classic cheeseburger. Add a pinch of salt (I usually overdue salt) and this is one awesome flavor party for sure. If I were to guess any item on the menu that you haven't tried and need to as soon as possible this is it. As for the food definite 5 star. Service wasn't that great at this location the gentleman who brought me this tasty treat spent about 5 minutes walking around to what seemed like every single card reader in the parking lot trying to get my card to work ...and normally this would be fine but instead of handing me my food first so that I could begin, he kept it as if he needed to hold it hostage out in the cold wind while he swiped my card at each reader. When the card finally was accepted and he saw that payment was processed he came to the car and quickly dropped off the food as I quickly asked for ketchup he seemed rather frustrated that he had to not only get the ketchup, but go inside to get it and then come all the way back out to give it to me. Rather odd.Food-?????Service ??

Placed an online order and realized immediately that it was to the wrong location. Called the establishment and asked for them to at least wait to make it until we came, they say they can’t since it’s already made. (5 seconds after the order was placed? So you’re telling me it’s not made to order?) We asked so it will just be cold, soggy and melted? And they said yeah….So disappointing, had to call customer service. Food is not fresh just waiting for someone to take it.

We showed up at 9:35. Rang the button a few times and tried the drive thru. We sat until 9:55. We then walked up to the door and knocked to ask what was going on since they were now about to close. A guy opened the door and said they were no longer taking orders and that he "turned off his audio" half an hour ago. It would have been nice if he could have said something when we arrived 20 minutes earlier. We would have had time to drive to another place for ice cream. But no, apparently common courtesy doesn't exist anymore. There were 3 other cars there that had to go through the same problem. We had to go home with nothing because all other options closed at 10 as well.

God if I could just 0 stars I would. I was reading through the reviews and it seems like it's been the same for a year. They always close early and by that I mean by hours. Not a few minutes. I ordered on the mobile app, well before closing. My wife and I drove there and parked in the stall and checked in on the app. We were ignored. Workers were inside still so I thought maybe they are just taking a while. We pushed the button 2 times. We were ignored for over an hour, even when knocking on the window to get someone's attention. A worker came outside to leave for home and I asked her to speak to a manager. He as well did not come out. She also gave me a look as if "are you seriously complaining". Yes ma'am I am. Money came out of my bank account andy food was supposed to be done over an hour ago. I was fuming because this isn't the first time they've close early. They turn people away way before closing. Everyone just stop going to this one. The one on 120th is way nicer and even acknowledge our dog! Even though he gets "just" a pup cup, they still make it look nice as if he notices ? Great customer service over there. Btw I'm still waiting on my refund they said will take 7-10 days. Screw the sonic on 128th, if you hate your job then quit. Don't screw with everyone else because you are mad.

The drive through service was pretty poor. Guy is very rude and even threw his headset at the glass as we were pulling up. Nearly threw a fit cause my in laws wanted to pay for my order.

It's Sonic and the slushes are still good. But I just spent 40 minutes sitting on the patio waiting for them to take our order which they refused to take because too many people had already ordered from the patio? Meanwhile they continued to accept and fulfill orders from the Drive thru. Completely unacceptable.

Just wanted to let the management and/or owner know that your location on East 128th (Thornton/Brighton) is closing earlier than posted. I got there tonight and was told by Alicia, they were not taking any more orders because they were understaffed. I pulled up to the window and there were 3 employees just standing around. There were people parked in the stalls eating so they apparently got service. How many staff members do you need to make a shake? I went to this same location 2 weeks ago and they were suddenly closed then too. Everyone wants a paycheck but no one wants to work anymore.... I guess you don't want business either...

Went to my local Sonic and witnessed a lady smoking inside the building while taking my order, then when I asked if she was really smoking on the job she rolled her eyes, she then got on the phone and was talking away to god only knows who, waited over ten minutes for my 3 corn dogs and tater tots and finally went inside to see what was taking so long. When I asked what was going on with my order that I had been waiting more than ten minutes, the lady looked at me and said ok… I walked back to my car and she brought the food out with attitude, didn’t take my money and went back inside ! Manager came out and went on about how there was no payment made, then after receiving money she went inside and said something to the lady who was smoking. They both started laughing and went on about their business… I didn’t find it funny at all and I will definitely be contacting the health department, I didn’t realize it was ok to smoke on the job near food that they serve to customers!
