The guy… or girl working there is idk lazy or just not knowledgeable on the job itself. They said no frappes cause the Safeway ice hurts the blender… hilarious…. Then to top it off they told me I couldn’t use heavy cream instead of milk because they weren’t sure if it would hurt the machine…again just laughable…

They have signs that say download the app and earn rewards yet when you give them your code to scan, they are completely rude when saying they can’t scan it.. apparently you have to have a gift card linked or something, she just kept saying she needed a barcode. Partially their systems fault but they could be a little nicer when explaining why they can’t scan the QR codes.

This location blows. Lazy as hell and they DGAF. Don't tip them and don't give them any business. Long lines and your drinks will suck guaranteed. Poor management and they're just plain lousy at this location.

Tried to give me a cup of old luke warm coffee. When I asked for fresh brewed Bianca was super rude about it. The other two seem nice but if you care about customer service avoid Bianca and her old cold coffee. Can't even believe how rude she is.

Consistently slow service for what appears to be no legitimate reason, we sat in the drive thru for 15 mins with only two cars in front of us and no one inside the store. So how it takes that long to make a couple drinks is beyond me. This Starbucks has consistently been this way since it opened. I would give it zero stars if I could. And when we got to the menu to order we were told to hold on twice by the employee before our orders was taken, having to repeat the order twice. If I decide to return to any Starbucks again it will definitely not be this one, I would rather drive out of my way to avoid this location at all costs!

I rarely write reviews and I'm hoping the is the location ( reviewing Starbucks on corner of thornton park and Washington by chase bank) The worst wait time via drive thru. Most times I'm stuck between cars ~ 15 min after ordering... no apology for wait etc! Staff mostly (not all) Flat affect via drive thru / poor customer service! Lately/Frequently "out of ice" and has take it or leave it attitude! Some drinks taste horrible/milky even after paying for extra shot of espresso!

The weekday crew seems to have it together. The weekend shift has screwed up my drink order the last THREE times in a row. Moral of the story: I've learned my lesson and will find a different location for the weekends.

Really truly bad customer service. The lady working didn't have any customers but yet started making herself a drink when I walked up. And told me to wait until she was done with her drink. Just walked away
