This is a great place. I just order coffee, so I can't review the food, but I do love the coffee. My friend and I come here fairly often, stopping in after a long walk. The baristas know us by now, they know our drinks, are so friendly and treat us well. I'd say the only down side is entering the store. It's a temporary camp zone, and the people panhandling often block the area of the sidewalk needed to get in.

I went to this Starbucks last Sunday morning and I had a fantastic experience thanks to Alex! She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and she went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. She took my order on time and when I got there everything was ready. Alex is a true asset to the Starbucks team, and I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks!Kudos to Alex and thanks again for making my day on that cold Sunday:)

This branch would have earned 5 start on all categories if I wasn't treated as an outsider. I was not greeted, and the order taker was short with me, and neither he smiled.While the coffee quality was good, I, as a Muslim, felt unwelcome. It's important to note that the current conflict on the other side of the world should not influence how a Muslim customer is treated. All customers, regardless of their background or beliefs, should feel valued. Starbucks usually excels in customer service, and I hope this isolated incident doesn't reflect the brand's overall commitment to excellence.

Just left this establishment and by far one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.Luke looked right at me but did NOT greet me, he made a point to speak to the two white gentleman that came in after me.Very disappointed. My drink was good tho.

Before 7:00am this is a great store, friendly staff and good service. Today at 8:15am the service for was food was extremely slow. Three times I inquired about a heated pumpkin loaf. Each time different employees gave a canned reply "thank you for your patience." Also, the parking lot has a ginormous hole at the Lincoln Street entry. To exit, I need to drive my car out the entry side. I reported this the store manager and he said that he hs already informed the property Mgmt company and they were not doing anything about it.

came in for my yearly, pumpkin spice, latte, and the place was empty so i didn’t have to wait. the staff were friendly and efficient. we had a nice banter.Parking: depending on what time of day, the parking lot can be a little bit tricky, but it is free and there’s an abundance of spots.

I came in with no hello from the crew, I had to relate my order 2 times to the guy at the cash register. Waited 10 mins for my drink. I never had such a burnt taste on my Carmel Macchiato in my life that I can't even drink it ugh!!!!!!!

I walked in and I was not greeted by anyone, I waited for several minutes but finally an employee showed up, they were extremely friendly. I ordered my drink, a tall white chocolate mocha hot, the drink was very sweet. I am not sure if they messed up the flavor but it did not taste like the regular white mocha.
