When my hotel across the street charged me a great deal for a small coffee, I walked across the street. I knew I would get good coffee and pasteries. Just wish you were open on the weekends.
The team that greats you as soon as you walk in and the store itself is kept beautifully and everything is made to great quality. If you're downtown near Syrup, definitely grab yourself a drink from them!

Easy and quick place to grab a coffee. Sometimes preorder isn’t on but there is another close by if you are needing to be quick. Customer service is great. No inside seating but there is a patio area.
