This Starbucks location is the best!!! Everytime I go there all the employees are awesome. Especially today in the morning I go get my coffee before work and I couldn't find my card and the lady that has dark hair ( didn't catch her name) she said don't worry about it , it is on us today. I continued to say no I'll be right back I live close by and she said no it's ok. Most places these days won't even do this let alone give out a glass of water and this employee was so nice and giving. I just want to praise all the employees here and say thank you! You guys are awesome here.

First of all I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks for decades. I travel the world and have been to many Starbucks in numerous countries so I see that side of the business as well. Starbucks in the U.S. has become more of a fast food style coffee business. Now don't get me wrong there are some individual stores that still offer a great experience but it boils down to the management and employees. Long gone is the Starbucks "lingo" where you gave your order in the lingo, they repeated your order and the Barista also called out what they had made for you when the order was complete. Now you're lucky to get your name yelled into the store. I no longer use the lingo which isn't complicated because the person taking my order can barely remember the first part of the order. I have resorted to a slow methodical pace and ready to repeat some if not the entire order to make sure it's correct. Many stores have converted to wood furniture from their intimate comfortable settings in an attempt to keep customers moving as they get butt fatigue. Homeless people have also prevented a problem in larger cities as I've observed them sitting for hours at stores while sipping a drip coffee. Starbucks has had to limit their refill policy due to this. Many stores are now literally filthy. You don't want to look around in any detail. Sometimes it's blamed on being busy. I know stores that are slammed from opening to closing and that tells me they can afford staffing to a level that dedicates time to keeping the store clean. As a comparison I have found many Starbucks abroad that do Starbucks better than we do Starbucks and it's an American company! Starbucks throughout Asia still have the sofas, coffee tables and inviting atmosphere as well as absolutely immaculate stores as well as impeccably groomed employees. Starbucks needs to find its way soon or it will find itself being replaced. There is a chain in Korea called Twosome Coffee that would put Starbucks out of business if it made its way to our shores.

Refused to take my order when the store was clearly open.

This is my first negative review, but visitng this store was such a dissapointing experience. The dark brown haired barista rolled her eyes while giving me my drink and cut me off mid sentence with "ok, byee!" and went back to laughing with her friend. It felt a bit like being bullied and really left a sour taste in my mouth.

My grandpa went to Starbucks on 40th and Colorado this morning 11/11/23 because he is a veteran and the lady at the drive through denied him his free drink and he even said he would pay for it him self if it wasn't part of the promo. She was so disrespectful my grandpa told her to cancel his order because of how he was treated. She said he was getting on her nerves and she never even placed his order!

I ordered the “medicine ball” and she repeated to me the ingredients. Normally I don’t know what is in it. Anyways, it might have been because I went RIGHT before they closed but my medicine ball tasted just like water. I really needed it tonight too having to work in the headache weather.

My friends and I went to this location and the blonde girl with braids working last night around 7PM was extremely rude. We asked about our tea, as when we ordered through the app we were certain that it was the iced version. She handed us the drinks, refusing to remake it, she provided no straw for my Frappuccino by the way. I have never been treated such way at any other Starbucks or any other place. If you don’t have customer service skills you should definitely not be working at any place where you have to deal with customers. Oh and the male working there just stood up looking like her attitude was acceptable or funny. Such disappointment. Will never return!

The blonde girl, with 2 braids, working on 10/11/2023 at 6:58pm was extremely rude. And refused to remake one of our drinks iced. She just handed over all the drinks with a very bad and disappointing attitude. I have never experienced such bad manners in a Starbucks ever.
