I stopped here on my birthday to get a drink and was served by the nicest barista, Aylyn. They were almost out of pistachio syrup and she was still able to make me a drink with it. She was also just super sweet and talked to us about an upcoming drink from Starbucks — the lavender latte!

Who trains/screens these people? There is an extremely passive aggressive male employee that does not know the first thing about customer service. This is closer to a comedy club than a Starbucks. This location would be a good candidate for secret shopper or undercover boss. Do better.

Spacious with outdoor seating. It has a lively atmosphere year-round. Is dog friendly, and they have a collage of all the pups that visit the place!

Friendly service and fast service. Love the outdoor patio seating and beautiful planters of flowers in the warmer seasons. Plus they had live music on the corner so it was a lovely afternoon grabbing coffee and treats after brunch at North Italia. It's always clean inside and with lots of seating available.

Coffee was awesome. However the lady at the register taking my order was very rude. She clearly hates her job. Usually Starbucks employees are so happy and nice but I was next in line and she just stared at me without even a hello. Just widened her eyes like "are you gonna order". Everyone else was cheerful and nice but this girl is not a nice or happy person.

I walked over today to pick up my mobile order that I made before heading over. When I got there my food was up but not my drink. So I waited till my name was called and as I went to grab my drink I said "thank you" to the girl who made my drink. Well apparently she was disgruntled at my order because she under her breath said "you're ridiculous" and proceeded to be annoyed by her job. This is the 2nd time in less than a week I've had a less than stellar experience at this location but the comment was over the top rude which is why I am making a review. Customer service is lacking at this location in a big way. I almost couldn't believe how she acted but I guess I shouldn't have been surprised as she seemed pretty disgruntledbehind the counter as she was making drinks. I guess if you don't like to have to personalize your customer's orders perhaps you should rethink your profession. If I had to guess I'd say she was new and in my opinion shouldn't last much longer.
