Nice remodel and great staff there now. I haven't been in a couple of years, but both are much improved! Just note that the lobby hours are different than the drive-thru.

Drive through is not open till 10PM!!!! Change your business hours and quit wasting peoples time for god sake.

Terrible Customer Service! I live close liked to come in, in the am with my doggo on our morning walk. Stopped going inside months ago because of the attitudes. Idk if its because I look homeless on my days off or what?‍♀️ So I drive through the drive through normally no issues but today took the cake. Trying to take my dog out on our day off and business as usual until I saw a massive miscommunication. They took 200 stars when I scanned to pay for it!!!! Of course they cant refund stars in store. It took me 1.5 hours to get all the information to file a refund issue with corp. I had to drive back through the drive through because they didn't want to answer the phone, huge waste of my time, was greeted by Gillian the manager who had the worst attitude ever! Luckily corporate was on the phone and heard the whole thing. She didn't even address me when she walked past me in the drive through taking in the trash. Just looked like a normal employee mad at life. She was not customer service oriented and treated me like a problem holding up the line!!!??? No consideration of my time or energy spent on my day off, she had a nasty look in her eye and quickly rushed me out of the line snarky and still talking down to me when drove past, she quickly changed her tone when I greeted her inside with the same energy. I was shaking at the disrespect. She continued to talk to me disrespectful when I told her I run my own business, she said I was wasting time in the store then!?!?! Never in my life!?!? At this point it was $200 taken from me on top of 90 minutes of my time which is another $150 so needless to say I will not be back at this lovely location ever again! Me being a Karen? I think not.. Starbucks DO BETTER! Managers act like it! Its just customer service with a smile and coffee its not that hard!!!! WE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY HERE!!!!

The past 5 mornings I've been here the drive-through was closed when the store was supposed to be open. I don't know if the staff is just forgetting to take in the sign when they open or if they open later than posted, but you can't seem to get service before 6am

I’m very disappointed because Starbucks is closed at 7:30 PM. I used to come to the Starbucks for six years in a row and for the last two weeks it’s been twice closed at this time.

Due to the park of situation, it’s kind of weird to get into this parking lot/drive through. There are signs everywhere saying we can’t park in the general shop parking.Why is it so complicated to go here? I decided to go to a different Starbucks. Last time here unfortunately….I leave a 4 star review because products are pretty standard everywhere.Parking: Complicated access and other shops warn you not to use their parking.
