Ordered fried chicken dinner. Food came in less than 10 minutes. 3 pieces of chicken. 2 pieces had been cooked a long time ago and the only one was fresh. Same with my wife's meal . Lunch for 2 with tip 100.00+. We went for desert to go. Go to the last bite. We will not come back.

Love this Denver staple! Been going here for years and it never disappoints.
Food was awesome, server Abby was super nice. But when the manager who was just standing at the bar the entire hour we were there came to check on us, she was very rude and frankly disrespectful. Maybe if she spent more time working and less at the bar she wouldnt have time to ruin our meal. Wont be back.

Food was really good except for the deviled eggs. Service was terrible. Asked the worst deviled eggs I've had in my life to be returned. They were still left on my bill and when I asked them to take it off I sat there for another 15minutes waiting for them to do it. Our waitress didn't take any of our menus, messed up our drinks orders, and overall didn't seem like she was in a rush to help out at all. She also shorted us on napkins after we CLEARLY asked for five only two were brought to us. Had the service been better I would come back for the food but definitely will never come back even if I was given a free voucher.

Food was amazing and our server was incredible! Only reason for rating 1 star is because of a mix up with our food that was handled by a manager on duty ( believe her name was Renee?). Honestly some of the worst customer service I have EVER received. I have been to Steuben's enough times to know that they pride themselves on having top notch service so don't understand how she made it further than bussing tables. Had the mix up been handled by someone better, we may have considered returning in the future but our experience was so bad that I don't see that happening.
