Place shows open at 8:30am and even the open sign is on stating it’s open. placed an online order for pick up at 9:35am. The worker doesn’t show up till 9:30am no apologies no nothing. Trying to call the store to cancle my order. The app shows my online order but a ready to be picked up at 9:35am but how can it be ready when the worker doesn’t show up till 9:30am. Completed a joke and now I’m have to contact customer service to get a refund because they can’t answer a phone call

The staff here are very polite, hence the 2 stars. Unfortunately every time I order ahead here my order is wrong. I brought this to management’s attention and was basically told “sorry, better luck next time.” If you’re ordering in person, you should be fine, but if you’re on the run and hoping to place an order via the mobile app and get it on the go, double check the order is correct before leaving the restaurant. 9 times out of 10 it won’t be.

Love me some subway. I walked in and the gentleman that was making sandwiches that day was at the tables with a potential prospect for employment and made me wait almost 19 mins before they finished their conversation and started to help me. Would of got 5 stars if he would have at least cut that time in half, I was trying to get back home before kickoff on a Sunday. He was a nice enough guy that sit if made up for it tho so that's why I didn't beat him up in this review.
I have been a long time customer to subway for years. I have been to many Subways but I have to say that this one was the best ones I have ever been to. The way that Jeffrey laid each piece of sliced meat onto my sandwich was the most accurate way imaginable. It only took five tries and me coaching, usually it takes as least 25 tries at other locations. He even took out a ruler! Ever since the incident several months ago when I walked out, their management has been so nice. I don't even have to use my germ rag in order to open the door anymore! Jeffrey will come and open it for me! The last time I went there, Jeffrey layed all the slices at a perfect 45 degree angle on my sandwich and then toasted it at 323 degrees for 60 seconds. When I came here three times ago he toasted it at 324 degrees for 61 seconds and the cheese angles were at 82, 91, and 22, and it was so off. The smell, the taste, and it was way too hot to fit down my pants. This time however, I was very very satisfied.

Kenny was wonderful! My girlfriend and I had a great start to our memorable visit with our dinner at this Location. Clean store, great reasonably fast service considering this beautiful soul was working all day solo. He even offered to suggest a sauce for my sandwich as I was exploring the options, and I loved his suggestion! Great conversations, clean store, joy and laughter all around! Kenny you made this trip very memorable. Not far from our minds this weekend, I will be coming back when I am in the area again! Definitely suggest if you’re spending the day at Denver’s city part to stop in for a quick bite that’s right off the strip near the Nature and Science museum! My only regret is we didn’t take a picture to commemorate the experience! But here’s an image of me and my Girlfriend enjoying the swan boat at City park working up our appetite for dinner at Subway! Thanks again Kenny! You’re the best in the WEST!

Kenny was amazing! My girlfriend and I were visiting for the first time In a long time, and coming in to have a much needed food break from our long day was wonderful. Kenny, was working all day by himself, and still was able to have give us fantastic customer service. To have met such a joyous face on a joyous day simply made our memory that much more beautiful! I cannot believe the negative reviews. mostly because I absolutely believe any negative reviews are fueled by racism as this is a predominantly African American employed store. The energy is beautiful when you yourself enter the space without any preconceptions. If you go into a place, with racist preconceptions, you're not going to have a good time. That's on you, not the staff. Kenny worked hard serving the lovely woman ahead of us who informed us she thought he was there by himself. We proceeded to greet him with joyous gratitude for his presence and service and had a blast of a time exchanging conversation. He was speedy despite short staffing. To have this lovely soul participate in our meeting was everything. To see him encourage reviews for his store, to advocate for his home away from home was very admirable. When I find myself in the city park area again and hungry, you better believe I'll be stopping into that subway to see who's working there and grab myself some grub. Easy parking, right off the strip, easy grub where you can sit down and enjoy your company's presence! Thank you, Kenny! My girlfriend and I are sending you tons of love from afar. You haven't been far from our minds on this magnificent weekend venture. Beautiful souls are around you every moment of every day. appreciation for such, is lacking in our society. First off, I’m missing my right leg i had to listen to the sandwich artist whine because I wanted to sit down. First off telling me I can’t order while sitting down because he “saw me walking in the parking lot.” While he was working with the first customer he told me I couldn’t hang out there, because I was sitting while waiting. Also had to listen to his story about getting shot in his leg, because I’m missing my leg. Ended up throwing out the sandwich because he was such an annoying un-likable individual.
