UPDATE: I got sick after eating the sub. Terrible cramping, needed to throw up. The food was not toasted even though we asked, but the ingredients added after "toasting" were not cold at all. I would love to temp check all their items on their line because I doubt it is up to code.------------------------Absolutely atrocious service. Never go here.The woman working did not welcome us in. When she finally decided to talk to us, we ordered a foot long roast beef sandwich. We did not specify we wanted the special, more expensive one.She charged us for the higher priced sandwich even though that isn't what we got. When I asked why, she didn't say anything to me, just called somebody who answered straight away and said we were "complaining". She said that we can't order the CYO roast beef. I asked can I ever order it? She told me I have to specifically request I'm ordering a CYO sandwich. I have never had to do that once in a Subway, I was shocked to be told this when I didn't even get the special sandwich ingredients. After she just kept talking to the person on the phone without updating us or trying to accommodate us, she rudely said to me, so do you want it? My boyfriend really wanted the food as he was starving so we took it, and once we finished paying she crumpled up the receipt and continued to talk about us on the phone as we left the store.I wish I got the workers name because she needs to be fired. She never tried to work with us and was extremely rude. To the manager, whoever the girl was that closed on Sunday, April 14, you need to either talk to her about customer service or get her out. Maybe it's this whole stores practice as I now look at all the terrible 1 star reviews from here. If so, Subway Corporate needs to get this store into shape or get rid of it because it makes me never want to go to another Subway again.Also once we got home, the food is bad. The pepper jack cheese, or whatever it actually is, tasted worse than the bad individually wrapped American cheese slices you can get from a grocery store.TLDR: Don't give this place your money. Bad customer service, they scam you out of your money, and the food was terrible tasting.

Service was terrible! not a single hello or smile, ordered a sandwich and when I went to bite down on it there was a paper clip in it!!! when I went back they did not apologize or give me a refund they re made my sandwich but tried to charge me for it AGAIN, I walked out. Such a horrible experience!

The online closing hours are always different than what they really are. Make sure they are open before you waste gas driving there.

Two of the ladies working there were awful!!! The one with fake big eyelashes and deep voice was soooo rude!!!First, I asked her for the code to use the restroom, she said “you have to pay first to use it”, so I needed to order and waited to pay to be able to use the restroom. Then, as I was waiting for my order. I noticed that she was talking to another girl in the back who was on her cellphone, ( the one with huge long fake nails) they were making comments, giggling and starring at me when they were making comments. When I paid, she gave me the bag and the sandwich separately, I said “ are you going to put it in the bag?” She answered: “ do you want one?”There was another customer in there who complained about their attitude as well.

Don't go to this subway they use the same dirty spoons they don't clean them the never change the soup they keep the same crusty soup the manager is a racist and homophobic individual she treats her employees like s*** and she talks back to customers I don't know how she's still manager so don't work here or shop here unless u want to get cussed out and get treated like s*** work there at your own risk definitely never coming back and she likes to disrespect her workers says " am that b**** "

The young men had a hard time waiting for instructions on how we wanted our sandwiches made. When a family came in, they seemed to get in a rush. The sandwiches turned out well, but I had to work to get them correct for us.Parking: There's plenty of room in the parking lot. There's a sidewalk ramp up to the walkway.
