I've given this place a chance 3 times. That's the end for me. Never get my order right. Always try to charge for a 12 inch when I order a 6. Staff all act as if it's a huge inconvenience to actually do their job. Sorry sub par Subway. Jimmy John's is about a block away and better food anyway.

Cheap, convenient, right on the 16th St. Mall strip! Good if you're trying to save money during an expensive convention! The worker there was awesome and even made some physicist jokes (was there for a Physics convention)
