The restaurant is dirty. The staff is incompetent and inconsiderate. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.Ex.: I asked for a toasted sandwich, first guy on the line took forever to acknowledge me. After sandwich was toasted I watched it die and get cold from across the glass. Whoever was supposed to be next on the line never showed up to help me fill the sandwich in the previous employee couldn't be bothered to help me finish my order. I didn't expect much but this was disappointing. Puro pendojos todos!

Ordered two footlong subs, extra meat. PAID EXTRA. Got less than what comes on a standard footlong. Tried to call the store, phone numbers completely disconnected. Not the first time it's happened either, but probably my last.

I have been going too that subway for 8 years and the service was professional but on 2/29/24 the minute we walk in the store there was no customer but my wife and I one Employee sitting at a table on the he did get up to help another Employee was behind the counter talking on the phone with her back towards us another Employee was behind the counter making churros and we stood there for 2 minutes before any the Employee knowledge us and then went the back and got another Employee with food in and around there mouth who then took are orders and we ordered the number 17 Roast beef and garlic and forgot the garlic did not know until we got home what a nasty sandwich with out the garlic fell rip-off and very upset never will go back too the store and the lettuce was brown and rotten

Had no problem with the Subs. However, the bowl cut "Edgar" manning the front lines, lacks respect, customer service, and was talking on the phone consistently when I verbalized my order. There was a constant "huh" and "I'm sorry what?" Everytime I wanted something added to my order. The floors and tables were a disaster as if a ton of children went in and trashed the place, and instead of cleaning or tidying up the place the workers just sat around and the Edgar continued his happy personal conversation sitting around doing nothing. Terrible experience I would rate negative stars if I could.

I don’t have any issues with sandwiches itself since I come in and eat all times (I don’t do online orders). But one thing I noticed that’s constantly happening is their soda fountain machine. Most of time when I dine in, their soda machine is either out of CO2 or have majority of sodas being out of stock. There were no visible warnings and the cashier didn’t say a word when I told them I want to buy a drink cup for soda. Several times I went to soda fountain to be disappointed that all main flavors (Coke, Dr Pepper, and Sprite) are out. At few occurrences, ALL sodas are out with sparkling water as only option and still no warnings at all. Seriously, if they don’t have any soda BIBs left then they need to order more to have enough in stock all times. Plus they need to shut down the fountain if they don’t have any soda BIBs left to avoid getting too many upset customers for buying drink cups for nothing and demanding refund. Geez

?????Answer the freaking phone! I ordered doordash and didn't get all of my order. This is ridiculous and they won't even answer their phone. I'm sick and can't go anywhere currently to go get the rest if my order! I won't be ordering from this place again. Do better!!!!
