It took 25 minutes for them to make my sandwich. They did six online orders while I stood there and watched. And their tomatoes were gross. The lady working at the counter kept reaching over to get the items in the back and her shirt would occasionally touch the food

Today march, 26 2024 at 3:30 pm I came here to buy food and ask to use the bathroom and the lady that attend me didn’t let me use it claiming it wasn’t working and then other people came and ask to use it and she let them in with no problem. She discriminated me

The lady kept saying I stole a drink from the cooler when she can clearly see on the camera I didn't. Then she kept making comments like are u sure u don't want to pay for that. No I don't want to pay twice.

Good service and this is a participating location for the Subway pizzas. Only downside is that it is closed weekends due to the office building being closed.

I went here today for the first time. I always forget that this location was here. So happy that I went, very clean and quiet, and great customer service. Next time I think I will dine in, very nice atmosphere. This will definitely be the subway I go to from now on.

This subway is so nice. They have a large dinning area perfect for large groups and the atmosphere is comfortably cozy. The restaurant is under new management and I absolutely love how the new store manager treats her customers. Last time I went in Tish helped me with my order and I was blow away by how good her service was. I will definitely be coming back to this location. KEY takeaways: quality service/food, clean store and relaxing atmosphere.

since the store has been taken over by new management and new employees there has been a dramatic change for the better. Customer service is 100 times better. The overall atmosphere in the store is outstanding. I am a regular customer and have been coming here since this store has opened and I have seen the change. Product quality is awesome and customer service is outstanding! This store is also one of the cleanest subways I have ever been in. This is my favorite subway to go to!

Do not eat here, they charged me for my food I waited 20 minutes and they had issues with the cash register so I asked for a refund and they refuse to give a refund and never gave me my food,they told me to go ahead and dispute it with my card company..the store owner is a piece of s**t himself he takes hard working customers money and don’t care about customer service

They have a pick up shelf that they don’t use they ask you to jump ahead of other customers to pick up pre-ordered and they don’t even have the order completely assembledThey’ve got triple the staff I’ve seen it on another subway nearby and they routinely mess up orders

This is a good Subway location that is very busy with downtown office workers. It has the usual range of Subway offerings in a relatively small setting. It is advantageous to order in advance or use their app to save time. It closes early so pretty much count this as a breakfast and lunch only place.
