Love everything about this place and definitely top 5 of the best hidden gems. m man turned me on to and will be back for every occasion. Small business owned. FRESH fish! Which is the most important we go for nigiri! It is second to none out here. Great people and service. Definitely worth trying over Hapa or any sushi place around the area.

Easily one of the best sushi spots in Denver. I have been coming here for years. Quality food and service!

So my friend went there for happy hour and I asked her to bring me back dinner. I wanted a tuna avocado roll which when I check the menu here was $6.50. The other thing I ordered was Yaki Udon. Described in the menu as stir fried noodles with chicken and vegetables. That was listed on this menu through yelp as 14.50. There were no vegetables in my dish except a few green leaves possibly spinach. The tuna avocado roll was ok but they charged her 7.50. She was charged 17.50 for the Yaki Udon. That is huge price discrepancy. She said they were short staffed so I may give them another chance someday. I think they need to have consistent pricing and accurate descriptions.

Terrible service, paper cups and plates. I have never had sushi that was just not good. Even sushi from the grocery store is better than this place. Bathroom was so gross. Place was not clean over all

Noodle was over cooked and not sure if they make a broth there. Do you guys use store made soup base? I know you guys make pork I think... Pork Cha-shu I could taste strong Star Anise so maybe not Japanese.Rice for sushi was too sticky ( too wet) maybe put too much vinegar I assume. Fish taste fresh. Someone reviewed about you can tell by uni/ikura but ikura was just normal ordinary you could get anywhere. It is nothing special.A little bit expensive but maybe because of the location but then should fix your rice and at least buy better noodle or cook shorter and I hope you guys use own broth.

You can tell everything about sushi when you order the uni and ikura. Unbelievably good and fresh. Everything we ordered was fantastic and the service was as good as it could get. We will be back.

Came from out of town and stopped by and everything was great. Gyoza’s we’re excellent and the Tonkatsu Ramen was fantastic as well. A lot of places skimp out on the protein but there was plenty of pork belly. Will definitely come back when i’m in the area.

This restaurant's first priority is their incredible food

Ordered ramen on yelp, paid for it and drove all the way there to cherry creek from downtown and they were randomly closed. What a huge inconvenience!

Make sure you order food when it’s convenient for them, if you don’t want rude service. Sevrice over the phone yelled “ohhh god” after that hung up the phone and the tone was just not needed tonight. I take to go’s at my job everyday and would never have the audacity to talk to a customer that way!

The service was just soo bad I don’t have any words. The server was mad or something when we walked in and there were only 1 server and 1 sushi chef while the atmosphere is sooo uninviting and depressing. Walked in excited but left feeling disappointed that I could give this place 0 stars if I could. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and will not be ever coming here again.

I have tried to come here twice now, (pre-covid and now) and both times the service has been completely awful. Plus the food ... just okay !!!

Went for dinner on a Wednesday night. The sushi was great and so was the service.

I came in for my first visit and asked for vegetables over rice. The man helping me suggested a Shrimp Teriyaki plate. His English was minimal. I ordered a take out purchase. The man accidentally charged my credit card 66 dollars plus for the bill of a table in the restaurant. He then declined the purchase and charged me 20 plus for my takeout order, a bit more expensive than I was hoping for. The meal came with a soup and salad. The food tasted fresh and enjoyable, just not worth the price in my opinion. I now have to check my bank account balance and make sure I did not get charged double. Images included with this review. I doubt I will be coming back anytime soon.

I wouldn’t come back here. The customer service was okay and the food was the same — just okay.I tried to customize a sushi roll to replace the rice and the waiter said I couldn’t. My boyfriend ordered noodles that were a bit bland and lacking in sauce. My food also arrived about 15 minutes after my boyfriend’s even though I got a dish that was just raw fish and rice. The waiter barely checked in on us, including during my extra 15-minute wait, and only seemed to try being friendly when it was time to give a tip.We also had to sit in the porch area, squeezed between the front door and a nonfunctional vending machine. The area was surrounded in plastic. I appreciate that they were trying to ensure proper social distancing, but this — coupled with the service and non-customizable menu — added to my disappointing experience. There was actually a group of people next to us when we arrived and they left without ordering food or drinks. I’m assuming that, like us, the ambiance and service turned them off.
