I really enjoy Sweet Cooie's, but they often only have one employee working and the line can get out of control when someone orders a milkshake or two. The ice cream itself is good, but the flavors can be "interesting." I'd recommend trying one or two before buying -- even if there is a line.

This is hands down my favorite ice cream/confectionery combo. You can’t go wrong with anything at all here.

While waiting for my pizza at Blue Pan across the street I went to try some ice cream. I decided on a pint of Mexican Chocolate. It is creamy and delicious. It could use some chili powder or more cinnamon for a bit more spice but it is good nonetheless. Definitely worth a stop to at least try one of their yummy sounding flavors.

First time in this evening, the vegan salted chocolate Oreo was honestly amazing! Will be back for that specifically.

Salted Oreo and banana pudding were delicious!!! The place is cute and definitely packed at all hours, so keep that in mind! Although I really loved the ice cream, the service was extremely slow. Probably spent 25 minutes waiting (we were probably 4th in line). The individual behind the counter was going at snail speed which was a bit annoying.

the ice cream is great but what is special are the baked goods. whoever makes the cookies that are in the ice cream is special. same thing goes for the brownies.

Nice service, great choice of flavors, a little retro and quaint atmosphere. Overall enjoyable experience.

Excellent service and good vibes! The ambiance and lighting inside the store was quite nice.I wish we could’ve seen the ice cream on display while we were ordering though. Also, the salted caramel was way too salty. I believe they serve Little Man ice cream.I would definitely go back here!

Disappointed with my recent visits to Sweet Cooies Ice Cream. Twice I've encountered subpar customer service. Basic friendliness and going the extra mile should always be the norm.On my last visit, I walked a few blocks with my dog, only to be met with a tall, slender gentleman at the counter who informed me that I couldn't enter unless my dog was a service animal. When I explained he wasn't, I asked if there were any alternative ordering options. He curtly replied, "No," even though there was no one else in line and no offer of assistance.Feeling frustrated, I called the manager as I headed back home. Their response? "What do you need? I'm busy with a long line."Sadly, I won't be giving them another chance. Good customer service is a must for any business.

Was recommended this place so had high expectations so might be why I was disappointed. I found it too expensive for what was offered. I couldn't get the gooey cooie since they didn't have so I just got a waffle cone ice cream and it was the most expensive cone I ever bought. I wouldn't go again tbh. I'd rather go to a smaller less expensive ice cream shop.

Unique flavors and delicious ice cream. Had the salted Oreo & will be going back. Don't know if that flavor was my favorite but could tell the place was great!

Part of the “little man” ice creameries, Sweet Cooie’s is an omage to the owner’s mother. Her photographs adorn the entry, and the shop is decorated in her style. The staff are friendly and cherry, hosing bingo night for a small crowd on Wednesday. The ice cream ha s a mix of staples (vanilla, chocolate, mint chocolate chip) and unique flavors (tea and crumpet), each catering to their own audience. I recommend stopping by after checking out other eateries for dinner.
