I asked for a side of Chipotle sauce, and they said it costs 70 cents...I can get an unlimited amount of sauce packets for free, sauce which is bottles and sold in stores. But I need to pay 70 cents for some Chipotle. They said they had to charge me because their manager apparently watches the cameras and threatened to take that 70 cents out of their check. My favorite item is the spicy potato soft taco which has chipotle sauce, these days it's basically a guarantee that they only put a tiny drop of sauce and then try to charge extra when you ask for more. So I have to open my food at the counter or drive through to show them the single drop, and then they finally give me a half filled cup of Chipotle. It's always something, isn't it? I think I'm done with Taco Bell. In fact, fat food in general has become nothing but an expensive, slow, inconvenient nightmare. Either the management here is abusing their employees or I was flat out lied to over some sauce, either way I'm out.

Last three times I've gone in its taken over 20 minutes to get two bean burritos. Today and African American man stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting to be helped and was ignored. A Spanish man walked in and they walked over handed him his order and had conversation in Spanish and he left. The African American man was never helped just given a dirty look and he finally went over and ordered on the kiosk screen. Yall need to either close down or the general or district manager needs to step in and fire all these kids. I have gotten my last 3 meals free because I've submitted evidence and video to taco bell corporate entity. Hope yall like loosing money because they keep giving me free meal vouchers too for yalls shenanigans.

I went through the drive through around 3:00 and there’s was a piece of hair in my mom Mexican pizza I I got sick the food was not fresh and it was hot it was warm and it wasn’t tasting right at all

It is bad attention from those gentlemen and ladies who serve, they make people wait as long as they feel like it twice and gone and they have made me wait more than 40 minutes, they are rude people who do not respect the clients' time.
