Unfortunately, many good Mexican restaurants have been overlooked. I have been living in the Denver area for over 40 years and other than one restaurant on your list, I have never been to the others. Therefore, I cannot participate in the rating of your list.

It’s way over rated. The place is cramped, overpriced and no parking. The food is mediocre at best.

Food was out of this world, and service was fast and excellent. Only have 2 days in town, and the family wants to go back tomorrow. Everything is made fresh that day. Sauces are a game changer. Shrimp and spicy tuna were my favorite. Make sure to save room for some fresh made churros you've never had them like this.

Pretty good tacos, coming from someone who lived in the southwest AZ years. I seen the reviews and had to try. Went with my family and next thing you know we were going again the next day with another family member. This is a food wagon cart on the side of the road in a tire shop parking lot. Always the good old style street foods are like this. Simple, no real menus or prices listed. So far had tacos all street style soft corn tortillas Carne asada, chorizo, and all of our favorite was the TripA (tripe). Tripa was chopped up fine was very crispy and melty almost. Also had a torta as well with asada, great bread flavor and texture but same meat as the taco which is diced up small. Wish the asada for the tortas were bigger strips so all the meat doesn't fall out when eating.Overall great little ran joint super friendly and she remembered us too

Decided to check this food truck out based on the high ratings. My husband and I ordered their pastor, carne asada, and tripe tacos with tamarind and mandarin Jarritos. Would definitely come back for the pastor and tripe and try out other things on their menu. The meats were well seasoned and flavorful, and they're not stingy with the filling. BTW, IT'S CASH ONLY. Did not know that until I tried to give them my card. Thankfully, hubby had some cash on him. If Spanish is not your first language, I'd brush up on it or start learning keys words; enough to make an order! Google Translate would probably work too.

We had a great time at this place in Denver. The melted cheese appetizer was super. The tacos that we tried were all delicious (I particularly liked the fish taco). The Margaritas were excellent too. Most of the staff was so friendly and nice to us. We will certainly be back.

Tasty, authentic, and affordable. Definitely worth the visit. The corn tortillas are a thing of beauty. We tried the pastor and asada. Both were fine. Everything came with two salsas - a mild green and a spicier red. For the price, we'll definitely be back.

Definitely a hidden gem - wow! We moved into the neighborhood and we were craving tacos so we searched to see what was around us. Tacos Pachuco showed up, and we decided to check it out. It was good to see another Yelp Elite member mentioned how amazing the tacos are.Tacos Pachuco is the real deal. We ordered a pastor taco, asada taco, and an asada quesadilla. The corn tortillas for the tacos were warm and perfect, both meats were so tasty (really loved the flavor of the pastor), the grilled onions and jalapeno was the perfect touch, and bonus points for two salsas that pack just enough heat. The quesadilla had some amazing gooey cheese, plenty of asada, and also came with the two great salsas. Can't wait to go back to try more tacos and the torta too.You need to check out this taco truck!

Needing to literally spice things up (and escape the dance mom scene) while waiting for my daughter's dance team to preform- I did a quick google map search of local restaurants in the area. This place has over 20 five star reviews on google and nothing but five star reviews. I have been searching the Denver area high and low for a real, truly authentic taco so the five star situation peaked my interest enough to run, not walk, away from dance land to this mysterious place. When I pulled up, I saw that it was in fact more of a permanent taco truck situation so I knew I was probably heading in for some truly tasty food. I opened the car door and was hit with the beautiful smell of truly authentic tacos. Tears formed in my eyes, I approached the truck and with glee ordered two asada and one pastor taco and waited... when my buzzer went off and they handed me my plate more tears of happy. Hands down best tacos in the area. I am so glad the dance mom scene ain't my thing and I had to escape to this truly heaven on earth taco place. Can't wait to come back.

I thought the tacos are so small. The appetizers was good with the melted cheese but I did have a margarita and tacos the bill was a little expensive the atmosphere was nice though. I would make sure you have money for this restaurant.

The food was so good! Our server did an excellent job suggesting various food options with some picky eaters in my family. The queso that comes with the chips was the best I have ever had. The only downside to our visit was the hostess. She was not very kind to us as we were a larger party. But the gentleman who served us quickly put things right and we had a great dining experience.

The food as good, but doesn’t come out all at once, so some people were done before others got dinner. My burrito was large, but mostly rice. It wS also rather expensive.
