I ordered a torta but the asada had no flavor :-(The only thing that gave it flavor was the hot dog meat and ham which is a first for me. Sad because I waited 30 minutes for the food to come out.The search for the perfect torta continues….

Showing some love to Tacos Primavera on this 5-star Friday. This is a food truck that's parked on Alameda and more people need to know about it. How often do you here complaining about "not having good tacos in Denver?" If you're reading this and have uttered this question before, I have beef with you! There are many outstanding locally owned food trucks and restaurants in this part of town. Now don't even start about the Federal/Alameda traffic or surroundings. Some of the best food in Denver lives here. End of discussion.Tacos Primavera has a simple menu with the classic Mexican meats. But don't expect to find pollo here! I urge you to order the Barbacoa. It's succulent, tender and rich in flavor. Asada and Carnitas here are also sturdy picks. They have a little sauce and condiment bar just like any Mexican food truck worth its weight. There are a few seats in the parking lot, but most of us run back to our cars and do the dirty deed there. In this case, the dirty deed refers to drowning the tacos in spicy salsa, squeezing lime all over and shoveling in those tacos faster than you'd care to admit. No frills kind of place. Don't expect good service. Just have your $12 out for a plate of delicious tacos. Kick back, relax and savor the taco bliss.

Got barbacoa tacos and barbacoa quesadilla. Both were so greasy to the point of being soaked in grease and a couple millimeters of grease in the container/ on the plate. I'll try again, but with a different meat selection or beans only next time!

The food was excellent, and the service was friendly. Can't wait to visit again!

Food wasn’t bad but not tasty either. Meat was pretty bland, and the tortas came differently made. Barbacoa torta came with just meat, onions and cilantro. Really disappointed. Horchata was watered down and salsa was bland too :( we paid $30 for two tortas, and a coke and a small horchata
