Since moving to Colorado from Los Angeles I’ve been looking for some legit and not overly priced street tacos… and I’ve finally found the spot.The carne asada street tacos are amazing and both salsa verde options are delicious with a great kick. Will definitely be coming back for my street taco cravings, taste like I’m back home in LA.

I’ve driven by a million times and am kicking myself for not having stopped years ago. These tacos were seriously the best. I had lengua and cachete. Incredible portions, they even do the authentic grilled jalapeño, grilled and fresh onions, and radishes and cucumber. The salsas are phenomenal, the ladies are friendly. Can’t beat the prices either. Go!

What delicious food this food truck serves! My grandson, husband and I got two kinds of burrito: Pollo and asada. This is what is so special about the food they prepare here: The burritos are large, but you get a thin, minimal toasted tortilla wrap around the freshly made food inside. This is totally unlike the wrapped to-go burritos that you get at a grocery or some coffee shops. Not the same thing at all. If you choose to have rice and beans inside your burrito, it is clear that the rice and beans were simmered for a long time with sweet peppers, onion, etc. Delicious. My grandson (9 years old) didn't choose to have the rice and beans, and he still loved this burrito. I highly recommend this inauspicious food truck on North Downing that serves great food at reasonable prices.

Best carne asada fries I’ve ever had. The tortas are bomb too, and BIG. The shrimp tacos were my fave of the tacos I’ve tried so far. Beans are phenomenal as well. Wish this place was open later.
