This is hard to write, because I love this place. Been coming monthly for awhile. Service this last time was TERRIBLE. We came in at 830, took about 20 minutes for us to put in charcuterie, which was fine. We attempted to order our meal right then, because we knew it took 45 minutes, but the server walked away before we could. The staff proceeded to all have a conversation with a table full of their friends right next to us. Cut to almost an hour later and no one had come by. We flagged someone down to order. We then proceeded to not be able to get any staff attention for another 50 minutes. Our food finally got there and it was great. But then no more service till we flagged someone down for our bill. For a $160 check, I expected a lot more service wise. Will be awhile before I come back. Shame to see staff have time to socialize for an hour and not take care of the whole section

We had such a fun and wonderful night here! We came for happy hour and everything was so delicious. The bartenders were especially friendly/ attentive. The chef does a great job creating authentic Spanish plates and adds his own twist to them, and we loved it. So excited to come back and try more!!Parking: There’s a free parking garage right next door that had plenty of spaces available.

My friend and I made a reservation (based on website recommendation). Parking for this location is not great, which we anticipated. We ended up ordering a lot of food and a few drinks. Most of the food was really good but the shrimp was overcooked. My drink was the Spanish 75 which was great, and my favorite plate was the patatas bravas. The service from our waiter was wonderful, he was attentive and polite, and the general atmosphere is nice. The table we were at felt a bit cramped next to others and almost as soon as we paid the manager came over to tell us they needed us to leave because they needed the table, even though we still had our last drinks and some food left. An overall decent experience but I won't be running back.

We had an absolutely wonderful meal at 9th Door. Our server Hannah was excellent as was the manager who helped us with a last minute reservation and was very accommodating. Thank you! we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and booths. We ordered way too much to list is all but enjoyed it all. Highlights include the paella, mushrooms, short rib relleno and eggplant dip. How did the kitchen do all that?! Such a great gem of a restaurant!
