Stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday - we got here around 9:45am and the patio had several seats open and our food was quick to come out. We got avocado toast and my friend got the clean green smoothie. The avocado toast was delicious! It had a relish of sorts that added a great pop of flavor and the egg on top was perfectly cooked. The smoothie was also a hit! Definitely a good stop.

I come here all the time because I love it! I mostly order the smoothie bowls which are amazing and soo filling! Their lattes are just as good as some of the best local coffee shops. They make their own almond cashew milks and they have housemade syrups that change frequently. I've also tried a couple of their smoothies which were delicious. The staff is so friendly. You can order online ahead of time and pick up. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs allowed outside.

One of my favorite healthy spots in Denver! Such fresh food always no matter what you get -- smoothies, smoothie bowls, cold pressed juice, toasts, matcha

First visit as we are new to the Denver area. Food was very good and a nice atmosphere. Service was great! Will definitely visit again.

Absolute gem!!!! Everything is so truly fresh and delicious. Usually smoothie places have so many additives, but everything here is TOP NOTCH!! Strawberry Rose bowl was amazing, and so was the Golden Mylk smoothie. The toasts were so unique and fully loaded. We were here on vacation and came 3x over a week. Come to Philly!

This is a super cute little place to grab a smoothie bowl, delicious toasts, smoothie, coffee etc. The service can be quite slow. The toasters also should be serviced, they make a high pitched awful sound. Last suggestion is they need signs on their tables reminding patrons to bus their own tables. The tables can also be occupied by individuals working which is pretty obnoxious considering its such a tiny space with limited tables. I recommend any of the toasts or bowls!

I’ve been coming here for several years and normally the food is amazing and the service is great, but today was really disappointing. We order two toast flights to go and waited on the patio for them to be ready. About twenty minutes later someone went around to all the tables and mentioned that they were out of eggs, but that they would be ready in ten minutes. They didn’t come to our table as we had ordered to go, but we over heard them. I decided to wait because 10 minutes wasn’t too long… but then that 10 minutes turned into another 40 minutes. During that 40 minutes they continued to go over to the other table and offer them snacks and apologized for the wait. But they never acknowledged us. Eventually I went inside and saw our order sitting there off to the side. They had set it aside and forgot about it and were plating the eggs of orders that came after us. After I said something they finished the order and we took our food to go. The frustrating part was that since the food had been waiting half assembled for an hour everything was soggy.Overall just really frustrating. The first frustration was them not being realistic about how long it would take for the eggs to be ready. The second frustration was that they didn’t wait to assemble the ordered and it got soggy. The third frustration was they consoled the other groups and simple forgot about our order.

Some of the best, most nourishing food I’ve had in a while. Got the toast half-flight which included the avocado, pink, and whipped goat. All of them were absolutely incredible. How lucky are we to have a restaurant like this in our city that serves healthy, whole foods at a reasonable price =)

1. Customer service needs work. Not all of the employees, but 45% of the employees there should go through multiple crash courses on Customer Service and Politeness. Sometimes I feel like I’m walking into city hall jury duty selection with the faces I’m greeted with upon entering.2. We can hear you guys. It sucks I have to say this, but we can hear you when you’re talking about us, other customers or even your fellow co-workers. Every workplace is going to have a healthy amount of gossip and chatter, but try to keep it exclusive to you guys and not us the customers.3. Transparency about authenticity & organic/non-organic ingredients.

Great place for brunch! Would recommend the toast flight, as it gives you a variety of options and is very filling. Smoothies were great too! Few things to note- Hardly any seating, many people had to take their food to go because there's only three tables. Service is a little on the slow side, but not bad if you're sitting with friends. Be prepared to spend a decent amount of money.

Loved the food here. The Colorado lox was fresh tasting with super good quality of sourdough. The staff were extremely friendly, and the interior of the shop was very clean and cute.

I’ve been to Green Collective several times and am so happy for Denver to have this restaurant as an option. Clean, healthy, delicious and a fun happy vibe. I work in Wash Park and couldn’t be more excited for their second location opening soon! I will be going there daily. Thank you Green Collective! Denver is better with you in it!

I can genuinely say that Green Collective Eatery is our favorite spot in Denver! Whether you're in the mood for a toast (GF, DF options available), a smoothie bowl, a latte, a juice, etc., GC has you covered! Their motto is "let food be thy medicine", and as a regular, I can attest to that. I feel so light, satiated, and energetic after anything I eat or drink from here. Beyond the menu, the staff and owners are the warmest, kindest, most personable people! If you're looking for recommendations, here are some of my favorites: *The Toast Flight - I usually get an avocado, salmon, and a seasonal toast. They keep well if you have leftovers, but they also double as a fun sampler when I go with friends *The Clean Green (smoothie) - my favorite treat on a warm day. It's light, hydrating, and incredibly nutrient dense *The Purple Bowl (add PB) - also sometime known as the Kevin Bowl. This açaí based smoothie bowl is very balanced and is a great post workout meal. The ratio of base to toppings is perfect! If you look at my profile, you'll see I very rarely feel passionate enough to post a review of any place, but I would post 50 reviews about Green Collective. I've brought all my friends, my out of town visitors, and even coworkers. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu in this cute, charming eatery! Run, down walk!
