Tonight we decided to get Chubby’s for dinner we have a big order and spent close to $80. Tonight they missed my kids double cheeseburger plain so called and talked with a lady, she was so rude and even try to say I was lying and on top of that hung up on me, I called twice and she said she didn’t have time for me lol. I was trying to get the cheeseburger they forgot in my order and she said no that they put the cheeseburger in my order and I would have to call tomorrow. So now my kid didn’t get to eat but soup at home. The food is always awesome the ladies are always rude with customers paying customers! Ticket #610

Our boss asked for five of us to help him with a special project. Afterwards he gave us a wad of cash and told us to have lunch on him as a thank you. Our team lead who was there asked if any of us had ever been to Chubby's. One or two of the employees said yes they had in the past. The lead asked if they had ever been to the original one, in which case one of them said yes he's been to two of them and that the original location is definitely better. The team lead agreed and asked if we felt like having Mexican for lunch. We all said yes we'd love to try the place out. And I have to say I am so glad we did. I cannot remember what the name of the menu item is I purchased. But it was basically three soft-sided tacos that came with some type of an au jus that you dip the tacos in. Of course it wasn't as you but something similar. It was so good. I definitely want to go back again. There was another menu item I saw that I actually wanted to try, but my team lead and one of my co-workers that had been to the original chubby's in the past were both getting the menu item that I eventually got and raved about it. I'm really into trying different things food wise. So I took their advice. And as I said, I'm glad I did it was delicious. But I definitely saw at least one more item on the menu that I am going to go back and try.

Amazing power here for sure. Went with my uncle once in October 2023 and once just earlier today. Both times I enjoyed a smothered burrito of excellent quality that is insurmountable by anything I've tried before.Got it extra spicy and boy did they deliver. Looking forward to coming there next time I'm in Denver!Parking: Not too many spots available and it was cramped

Ordered food 5/12. Ordered 3 beef burritos with all the works. I got 3 burritos just meat and tortilla! No cheese, not smothered, list goes on. Been trying to call the restaurant last night and today and the managers are always 'too busy' to come to the phone. Not worth it!

Chubby's is one of the historical in quintessential examples of Mexican food in North Denver. The burritos are huge, and I've never ordered something I didn't enjoy! History of Chubbies goes back decades and is a true fixture of the North Denver area. Patience pays off after ordering as it will take a few minutes to get your food, but the weight is well worth it.
