Loved our meal at Acova and would highly recommend. I made a reservation in advance for my husband's birthday and we got a great table. Crowded & lively restaurant, fun atmosphere. My husband & daughter both have celiac disease and the menu was great for them, with so many gluten free options and both the host & server were aware & knowledgeable about what they could order. Loved Acova. Great for celiac. Super safe practices as either the owner or chef has celiac. Delicious food, lovely service, and beautiful ambiance. Get the artichoke fritters! Will be back when in Denver.

As always, everything about Acova is exceptional. The calamari appetizer is our favorite. The roasted red trout was the best we've ever had. The desserts are excellent. We always look forward to the kombucha margarita!
