I went in for the first time today (at noon on a Friday), not knowing what to expect based on the reviews. I ordered a large cold brew. It wasn't as concentrated as I would make at home, but I like mine pretty strong. That being said, it tasted good enough. It was very busy so I took mine to go. The barista was nice, not rude. I'd come back again.

Love how there are some amazing coffeeshops close to downtown Denver but not exactly in the city city. Thump coffee was great and their coffee is a lil bit darker in my opinion which some people may prefer. Will definitely come back if I am ever in the area again.Parking: Free parking behind the coffee shop

Best coffee shop in Denver hands down. Best working space, the most seating, excellent service, and great coffee and drink/food options.

Not a fan of having my morning derailed by a rude barista.I live in the neighborhood and work from home. I was introduced to this coffee shop by a friend a month ago and was super excited to know there was a vibey coffee shop a few blocks up the road that I could get breakfast and work from when I needed a break from my apartment.I visited once with a friend and had a pretty general experience. Coffee and food is good and there is lots of general work space, overall the experience was good. However, my 2nd time visiting today was such an uncomfortable experience that I won't venture up the block to visit there anymore.I was met with a nasty and condescending tone from the moment I ordered my coffee, to when I picked it up and again when I asked for the internet password.I am a POC, who has a hard time venturing to new places because I look different and feel a bit of social anxiety because of that. My experience today was so uncomfortable and triggering that I won't put myself through that again.I love living in Cap Hill, I love so many of the shops + restaurants on 13th. Many of them have such kind staff that I love to visit in this awesome walkable neighborhood. Thump is not one of them.

The other reviews highlighting the negative attitude of some of the baristas are absolutely accurate!I am so disappointed because I love the coffee and interior, but I may never go back. The male barista (gender assumed) was very rude when I picked up my coffee from him in my personal cup. He let me know that I would never be served again if my coffee cup was so dirty. I was confused and saddened. The coffee cup had been used to drink coffee and almond milk one hour earlier from my house. I am not sure how that’s too dirty for another coffee and milk.Meanwhile, I wouldn’t have minded if he didn’t use the cup at all. I was standing a few feet from the counter the entire time he made the coffee and we could’ve addressed the claimed issue like civilized humans who care for one another. Instead he decided to shame me about the state of my mug.I have been going to this place for four years and I never want to go back again. That really hurt my feelings. I have worked in the service industry for 10+ years and always give other workers the benefit of the doubt. It really felt like he was taking out his own bad day on me.

I’ve been here probably 15 times since moving to Denver; enough times to warrant a review. Without fail: every. Single. Time. I go to this place the staff is elitist and rude at best and sometimes straight up mean. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The coffee ranges from mediocre to bad. Only plus is the location and good food. Denver has too many great independent coffee shops to waste your time on bad coffee and mean people. Read the other reviews and you will realize I am not an outlier.

Food was really good and so were the coffee offerings. The atmosphere is laid back and the staff are super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

There was no seating. So, if you have a bit of a way to drive, it’s not worth it. The coffee is okay, but it’s a let down that I couldn’t sit there, eat, enjoy my coffee/the environment, and get work done.

Cute spot with free wifi there were people working and just hanging out. Lots of seating. Came for a light breakfast and coffee. Bagels were different than other types I've had - more of a focaccia style bread was very large & yummy! Coffee was great and food came out quickly

Talk about a popular stop! This coffee shop is a hot spot for remote workers. Large community table after large community table will be filled with workers. Thump has a fun, young buzz! Expect all the coffee shop options, great service, fun bathrooms, and wonderful afternoon sun. It sounds weird to include but when the weather is nice, the patio is dreamy and warm. I enjoy sitting here, taking in the vibrant energy, watching the world bustle by.

My enthusiasm about this place dropped off considerably once they made it feel shameful to come here to get work done.

Went here after moving to Cap Hill thinking it might be my neighborhood spot. Really unimpressed with the coffee. Decided to give it another shot and tried again. Same thing. Despite being super clear about my order they didn't make my drink at all like I asked. The barista was so rude when I picked up my drink (I didn't hear her call my name and the drink on the bar was not what I ordered. When I asked her if she was referring to that drink as mine, she talked down to me like I was stupid. I guess I should have known that the watery filled to the rim americano with 2 ice cubes in it was my "americano with room and extra ice" I had ordered) the woman standing next to me even commented on it and then told me she is also over the attitude she's experienced there. Decided to stay away after that. But now, months later I went back today as I was meeting with a friend and that was the closest spot to meet. Rude, aloof staff and once again, the drink I ordered wasn't close to being right. What a disappointment. Save yourself from dealing with the attitude and dismissiveness of their staff and throwing $6 down the drain for a mediocre drink and just go to Pablo's. This shop and its staff are much too full themselves and they really have no reason to be.
