After an issue with uber eats drivers stealing food I called the store and one of the girls very compassionately told me they could resolve the issue and make another order. Thank you for being understanding while dealing with this frustration on a daily basis. ✨ (UberEats DO BETTER)

Ordered an açaí bowl online. Arrived to pick it up and they were “all out”. Were unable to issue a refund on the spot and said it could be a few days. Spoke with the Manager(?) Bob. It’s been 6 days and no refund.

I felt the need to write review. Not based on the product, but how I've been trying to come to this location 4x in the last 2 weeks. I always stop before work, but something changed. I'm there at 0700 and by 715 I have to leave. The store didn't open and each time there is 1-2 people I see in there. Did the opening times change? Good thing I'm not ordering online because I'd never be able to pick it up. Disappointed.

There were literal wood chips in my corn. I took one bite and had to spit it out. Sandwich was so drowned in sauce and wrapped too tightly that it was inedible. :(
Bro. I ordered online in advance for my lunch break and I had to wait at the store for my order to be prepared. That sucks. They were not even busy but apparently they were behind time with online orders. As a plus, the smoothie wasn’t good as before. Bland as hell. It was missing flavor on it. Not coming back. I will take my business to another place. Poor customer service too.

I ordered from Doordash today. I’m on quarantine due to COVID. The açaí smoothie and Buffalo chicken wrap with light ranch was delicious. I was able to order a green apple ? as my side, which I thought was cool. This was my first time trying tropical smoothie cafe. I would give them 5

I came here and ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread. The service was quick and efficient. I would say from placing my order to sitting down ready to eat was less than 5 mins! The seating area was clean as well as the rest of the exterior of the store. Good service all around.
