We used Urban Chefs Catering to cater our August Wedding. The thought of working with a larger customer as number caterer was not appealing and we found Jim through his restaurant, Jimmy's Urban. We wanted something affordable but delicious and far from ordinary wedding food. Our first tasting was incredible as Jim provided us with large portions (stating that he never likes to cook bite sizes). The food was incredible and Jim was wonderfully flexible as our budget changed over time. Our guests were very pleased at the flavor of the food. While I do not plan to have another wedding, I do plan to use Urban Chefs Catering should the need for a caterer pop up again! Thanks Jimmy!
